I would like to commend Devika Nair at AFRIHOST.com at customer services for great customer service, clear instructions and resolving a problem so professionally. Thank you , I used the whatsapp service and it wasn't helpful. Using an e mail I was quickly responded to with quick service and feedback.

Can't cancel Dischem med policy . No contacts supp****.
Hi. I cannot get hold of a contact person to cancel this useless policy on so called medical insurance. My Husband has had this policy for over 18months. Even the pharmacist at your own Dischem told us this insurance is useless. The e mail provided keeps coming back as unmailed as a **** address. Please provide a contact number with a real persons name so we can cancel this policy. A waste of money and our faith in what we thought was a reputable company.

DEL FORNO FARRARMERE BENONI is excellent. Great service.
Really good pasta and pizza. Also very good burgers etc. But the service is a cut above the rest. Even online ordering is efficient. I had an order ho through online and my card was not accepted. A second later I received a phone call that my order was received and a card machine would be supp**** with delivery. My favorite takeaway restaurant and a lovely place to go out to eat.

Plumston Plumbers are professional , honest and reliable, highly recommended. My insurance wouldnt pay for a burst pipe but AUSTIN from this company gave me an excellent service anyway. Thank you so much.

I reported a fault with my fibre line on 1 Dec via whatsapp. Got a message that it would be resolved 24 to72 hrs. But having 2 family members working from home , depending on this service , fibre is crucial. We contacted AFRIHOST the next day and LESLEY MUDAU did not give up until it was sorted. Patient and courtesy is so appreciated and this lady went over and above . Thank you for your assistance and still checking back to ensure I was attended to . You are a star. Your professionalism is so appreciated.

Good service.

Ignored again. Tried to cancel subscription. Mnet
Still have not been able to cancel our Dstv subscription despite being told on 30thApril on this forum - that we would receive attention. We do not have an income to pay for another month. We cannot get hold of anyone by phone or whatsapp.

Dstv making it impossible to cancel account.
We have been trying to cancel our dstv subscription. The website is unavailable and the whatsapp service is a joke. Only reply to trying to cancel the subscription was to offer insurance! We cannot pay as we are not getting salaries due to the economic lockdown. But DSTV are making it impossible to cancelling the account. Its disgraceful.
