Poor service. They make sure you pay full amounted quoted before proceeding. Poor workmanship. They rude, argue with clients and do not listen. Shocking.
Cancelled my adsl line in april. Sent 5 mails to the telkom online chat people. Telkom still charges me. Will have to cancel debit order as this is daylight robbery
<p>In January I wore complaining about bad service from Hirsch's. I have an extended warranty on an AEG tumble dryer. Since October we were waiting for it to be repaired. Hirsch's do not answer calls, promises and promises, one has to call them all the time to get lies as answers.</p> <p>Believe it or not, it is June and we still waiting. Machine was "repaired 3 times", and every time did not work. Over a month ago they collected from home and still no answer.</p> <p>It has now been 7 months without a tumble dryier.</p> <p>Worse is that Hirsch's attitude did not change. They never reply, never answer, etc. It is a nightmare.</p> <p>In short, do NOT accept extended guarantees from Hirsch's or do not buy in the first place.</p> <p>My experience is that they do not care at all about clients, ignore them, and only inteterested in making money out of you. I have now no alternative but taking Hirsch's to court and will keep hellopeter informed about my bad experiences.</p>
<p>Private Banking at Eastgate offers no or terrible service. No response to queries, ignoring customers, 4 months to answer a query and I still have no answer.</p> <p>Private bankers keep changing and service does not improve. No one to talk to, I called the helpline and asked to talk to a manager, they send me to the complaints email address. Time to switch to something better after 30 years.</p>
<p>Since mid November I have been waiting for Hirsch's to fix a Tumble Crier for which I have an extended warranty. Every time we phone , they say we will be contacted, and nothing happens. After many calls they finally came and could not fix it because no spares were not available. Once again, no one called, we just new after many calls. In December we were called and told the spare was available. However, no one called to set up an appointment to come and do the repair. Again, after many calls we were told that it was the wrong spare. Last week finally someone came, and in the end they stated that they would call us because the machine was still not working. We involved the Service manager from end November, and even so, we got no service at all. So, we paid for extended warranty for nothing. Hirsch's service is some of the worst I have ever had. All this after spending thousand and thousands of rands buying products from them. They do not care at all.</p>
I bought a floorwiz spin pro in January 2015. The stick got faulty and I went to change it 5 weeks ago. Have been there 5 times. Verimark brought me the wrong stick and until now I am waiting.<br> Been there once again and was told to call Verimark once again
