Called TEMPEST MIDRAND earlier to ask about my refund,Thabang took my details and told me he will check with the accounts department and will call me back.I waited for 2hours but no call from Thabang,i then called again same day after 2 hours and Clifton answered and told me Thabang is on leave, he just came to the office to have a meeting with the manager ,then i asked Clifton to follow up on my case and he told me i should wait for Thabang to give me a call,i asked him how can i wait for someone who's on leave why can't he do a follow up on my query,he told me he can't do it because Thabang has already done it,it can't be done twice. Now i have to call customer service on my own airtime again because Clifton is not willing to assist.
Worst service ever,they dont even deserve a single star.At first the installed wrong equipment on my car and then their tracking device has been draining my battery for the past 3 weeks since they intsalled their stupid device. I have been calling every day since then maybe 4 or 5 times,they kep on telling me that they going to send a technician or someone to fix the problem. I have been waiting since then,i call for the same thing evryday with no luck. I strongly regret installing this device in my car,i just wish i shouldve gone to a different company that better than cartrack. i call using my cellphone everyday and kept holding for minutes and minutes,they even told me that they been sending emails to the head of repairs department. I HATE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor service ,I have a loan with absa bank ,and I have made arrangements last year to pay R1000 every month on the last day of the month.But all the donors take different aamounts on the 15 of every month without my consent .I keep calling their collections department t to have the money reversed but they keep giving me promises, I have not received my money. I think it's time i take my cheque account bank to FNB ,this is ridiculous.
I bought a brand new phone (Samsung Galxy J7 Duo) cash from Game Mall@Reds on the 28/09/2018,then on the 04/10/2018(6 days from day of purchase) I experienced the problem with the phone,it couldn’t charge so I took it to the shop the same day for it to be repaired,it was in a working condition but the battery was almost finished I couldn’t charge it,I suspect he problem was with the charging port.The consultant tried to put in a different charger but no luck. They took the phone saying they will send it for repairs on that day and I was informed that I must wait for 7-14 days.I went back on the 15/10/2018 and I was told that according to the system the phone was still in the shop(after 11days) and the lady at the customer service then called back office asking why is the phone still in the shop after so many days,and the back office guy said “No,the system has crashed that’s why it shows the phone is still in the shop”.Then I went back to the shop on the 26/10/2018(after 22 days),I was told the phone is still in for repairs and I was notified that the phone only left the shop on the 17/10/2018(13 days after I brought in my phone)so I must still wait for the call and sms. On the 02/11/2018(33 days)i received a call from the store stating that the phone was faulty due to liquid damage,and I must pay R2 235.60 for repairs which I rejected their offer on the same day.I told the lady that the phone was in a working condition with no liquid penetration in it,the only problem was with the port,it couldn’t charge and I was told that they cannot argue with the techicians,what ever they say goes.I called and was refer to the stores manager and he told me the same thing,when I asked him why my phone stayed 13 days in the shop before it sent to the technicians,he said he will find out and call me back but he never did.I even called the complaints line,I spoke to the lady by the name Elizma,but she couldn’t help as well. My word is that ,there was no liquid damaged on the phone when I brought it in ,I suspect that’s the reason it took two weeks for the phone to be sent for repairs, whoever spilled something in it was trying to dry it off all those days.The liquid could’ve gotten inside the time it was in the shop,at the back or something.My phone was working perfectly but it couldn’t charge. I rejected the offer on the 02/11/2018 but still I haven’t received my phone,Its been 40 days since my phone has been with game whereas I only had my phone for a mere 6 days.On the repair slip fault details it also states" that the phone doesn't charge,please make sure that the you put in the right battery and use the right charger". I need game to repair my phone and/or give me another phone of the same kind and/or give me back my money for this pathetic service,they’ve ruined my brand new phone and now they coming with excuses.Last week I had to buy another brand new Samsung from Ackermans because this issue has a long way to go.
im so disappointed to the recent kind of service tht im receiving from tempest car hire,I hired a car with them from PE airport on the 27/07/2018 and returned the vehicle on 02/08/2018,I dropped the car off at EL airport.i was supposed to return the car on the 29/07/2018 and I was charged for dropping the car off late at another drop off point.i received the invoice from tempest on the 08/08/2018,but to this day 05/09/2018 I have not yet received the refund that’s due to me. I called and I was told I should wait since they’re still processing my refund and I was told I would get it in the next 3 days from the day I called that was on the 20/08/2018.I waited again with no refund and/or any update from tempest.I called again on the 27/08/2018 and I was told that they deposited the money about a week ago,only to find out they deposited into an old account and it was rejected because the account was closed long time ago.But no one bothered to call me to inform and request correct banking details.i was given a debit card refund form from Wayne via email.i signed and send back the form back to him.To this day I haven’t heard anything from Tempest,I called again 05/09/2018,I requested to speak to the manager but I was told he is busy on another line he will call me back,still nothing.What kind of service is this,when I failed to return the car on time I was charged for the extra 3 days ,but now with my refund still with Tempest I think I deserve to be compensated as well because they’re at fault.Maybe they can atleast exclude the three days fee and the drop off surcharge from my invoice because I have waited long enough.Its over 30days since I dropped off the car but still no refund on my side. Please remove the Drop-off surcharge and the extra 3 days that I kept your car…in that way we can be able to do business again
Good day,i have sent my documents to you guys on Monday(08/01/2018),still no feedback even today,i was told since Monday that I will get a response,but dololo!!!!I called today (10/01/2018) and Rose told me that Nokuthula is not at work and Motemo finance do not assist people who stay in Samrand,my question is why I wasn't told this on Monday,i wasted my time and energy calling you guys everyday....PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
<p>im so disappointed in capitec,there is a debit order of R1 100 that went through on the 14 March 2017,the debit order went trhough for the first time but when i went to Capitec branch in BlueValley mall the told me the debit order was undisputable,the lady then tried to trace the company that’s debiting my account and she tried several times to call them ,that is Intecon legracia Debt Solutions,but when she asked them why they debiting my account they kept on sending her from pillar to post.</p> <p>After several attempts from the Capitec champ,the company stopped answering her calls and when she uses a different number they’d hang up once they hear her tone and introduction from Capite.</p> <p>So now what im asing is to have the funds reversed,I aslo tried calling the company but no luck,can capitec have the funds reversed back to my account as I don’t want to change bank accounts,im enjoying my service with Capitec,it’s the first time im experiencing this kind of trouble..</p> <p>Please assist.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I am a third party(C787783),i have been waiting for my claim from MiWay since October 2016,i had already sent them 2 quotations as requested and they even sent the assessor to view check my vehicle, I spoke to the assessor when he evaluated the vehicle he noted all the things/damages that were noted by all the panelbeaters,and now after many efforts with my way ,they sent us a settlement offer of less not even half the value/amount that was on their assessors and panelbeating company’s quotations.I refused to sign the settlement offer and have been sending my way emails and been trying to call them since since,but no response,maybe they’re busy enjoying their festive season while I suffer.I will never recommend MiWay to anyone closer to me.never!!!!</p> <p> </p>
<p>Its been over a year since SARS told me they busy investigating my case and i was told not to pay the money that was allegedly owing until the case is resolved.Recently i just foun out that the put a judgement against my name,while they told me to make any payments whilst the case still pending.Now i cant get any credit and new employment because of their judgement,i just got turned down for employment by a huge company due to the judgement at ITC.</p> <p>Can they (SARS)atleast give me a letter to take to ITC so that i can have the judgement removed in the meantime and they can proceed with their investigation.</p>
I cannot believ that after paying off my Edgars account,i was told that i can not use the account anymore because i didnt use it for any purchases for more than 2 years.But the fact remains i have been paying my account so that i can have a good record with Edgars and now they're telling me that its closed.<br> When i try to open another one with them,i was told that i do not qualify,i still get statements from them,with the credit that i still qualify for but yet i cant use my account.What kind of service is that because after paying off my debt im supposed to be abe to re=use my Edgars card.
