0n the 04 July 2024, i ordered food from uber Eats, when my food was delivered the driver then claimed that my order was cash without hesitation i paid him, only few minutes later it reflex as a card payment i called the driver to request he bring back my monies and he hang up on me, i sent him a whats app he ignored it. i called Uber Eats and only got a ref no help whats so EVER!!! is this how you allow your drivers to treat us? Its either Uber Eats give back my money or you make it right with the driver to return my cash.
Been with FNB for both personal and business account. and i have recently received the worst service EVER. QUERY 5352401NF ITS LONG OVERDUE. THE SUPPORT AND HINDIROUS ITS APPALLING. AT THIS STAGE AM READY TO LEAVE.
For the years i have been with FNB today is the day i feel annoyed. Why was credit enquiry done? Called FNB been send Pillar to post without any better explanation. Everyone seems to not know what they are talking about or doing unacceptable.
Most inconsiderate company. Never take calls and don't return call.
The level of incompetence is VERY ENORMOUS. my Brother use you bank and cannot access his internet banking despite him gone to 3 different branches without any help what-so-Ever which is now a huge inconvenience .This is unacceptable
After over a year i have paid and closed the account IT STILL REFLECT AS I AM MORE THAT 6 MONTHS IN ARREARS. I HAVE TOOK MY TIME TO GET THIS CORRECTED 2020 ACCOUNTS IS THIS THE SAME yet was paid up in 2018 and closed. i have emailed and still no help. I DO NOT DESERVE THIS , ITS WRONG , ITS UNFAIR why THE hell i am still in arrears for an account that is closed over a year ago!
Query 3509090NF. still not resolved after i was promised it will be done in 10 working days and am still sitting with same isssue.
The level of incompetence and appalling services despite numerous calls since February 2020 till to date no help whatsoever. Same excuse "we have a bad -lock" its annoying and not good enough one cannot wait this long just for PE status and correction of email.
After i have paid up my loan 4 months later my name still appears at Bureaus as account still opened . Letter i got was that after 7 days they will update. 4 months later account is still shows as opened and that specific account was closed.
I have emailed Bridget Schoeman and request for a settlement fee which i am entitled to receive if asking for it till to date she has not communicated with me. Cannot use COVID-19 as an excuse because First email was send on the 24 March 2020 requesting that information. its so wrong because i will be charged Extra. Already you are charging exuberant amount to people and you need to be reported specially when one has acknowledge the debts and paying monthly for it.
