I bought sneakers in march, by April they were turned. I am so disappointed. I always bought my sneakers at Zara, but now I will never again.
We left Mthatha greyhound offices at 16:15. When we got to Bloemfontein the bus made a stop at Bloemfontein station and dropped a number of people. When we got onto the N2, it stopped at engen garage and the driver gave us 10 minutes. We sat at engen for about an hour. We heard the driver making a call to someone telling him he's waiting for him. A number of people kept coming into the bus, I then went to enquire what was happening. I realised that the people getting into the bus were from a taxi, they had no tickets. The driver was given some money by the taxi driver. Greyhound is a joke
Wait until your internet is off, then you will see how nonsensical this company is. My internet went off at 11am, it's now 18:35 I still don't have connection. What mostly frustrates me is that I sent emails, sent WhatsApp, went to live chat, until now, no one has responded to me.
I have been without electricity since Wednesday the 28th of August, it's now the 31st of August. Since the 28th I have been told that the technician is on his way. I was told that my matter has been escalated every time I call. Everything in the food is now rotten, guess who will need to go do groceries again. Its me. Unfortunately people from City of Tshwane do not care, as long as they getting paid it's fine with them. They are untouchable.
Stay away from verimark. I bought a genesis iron at wonderpark Pretoria. The iron has always been giving us problems. I returned it 4 times already. What they won't do is to refund you even if they can't solve the problem. On the 18th of April 2024 I went to collect the iron once more, after 20 days of them repairing it. Only to find out that it came back with another fault. I now need to return it and wait for another 20 days. What they won't do is to refund me.
If there was a negative rating, I would give them. Their products are nonsense, they don't last and they know that. They have a clause that says, no refunds. Where have you ever heard of such a nonsense. W bought an Iron on the 28 of September. In October, the iron was over heating. We took it back to Verimark at Wonderpark Pretoria. We were told that we can't get refund, they will fix the iron and it will take 10 days to be ready. We then went back to the store after 10 days. We were told that it actually takes 2 to 3 weeks, but by the time we went there, it was already over 3 weeks. I was then called by a guy from the shop and he told me that the iron will be at the shop by Friday. when my wife went there on Friday she was told by the rude employees that the iron has not arrived. The names of these people are Sebo and Neo. Verimark is nonsense.
Worst company ever. My son almost died because of theses people and their **** service. My son was locked inside the car with the Engen of the car running and heater on. I explained all this to them. I was told that technician will be there in 30 Min. 45 minutes passed, everytime I called they would say he will be there in 15 minutes. My neighbour had to break into the car to take the child out, because he was already suffocating. Technician only arrived after 2 hours. To show that they don't even care, no one called to even apologize ..ππππ€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬
I had a contract with telkom some few years back. I told them I'm no longer using their router so I want to cancel my contact. But they kept on debiting from my account until I changed my bank account. I had been made aware that I'm now on credit bearu because of that account. I have been trying to find out about this account, but I'm being taken back and forth.
