Don’t order multiple item from them at the same time, they just can’t pull it off. Staff were useless on the help desk, no one knew what to do other than “ I’ll get back to you”, which of course no one ever does. Order took exceptionally long to arrive, had items missing (they over sold) I returned a large portion of the order as I needed exact quantities and still no refund. One person says 5 working days, another says nine. We are now on 10? Superbalist youve lost me as a client forever and this is why you shop with family or individual businesses, their service is different level.
My bag was taken by a visiting group in error on my return to SA from Harare. The bag landed up in Polekwane. Bianca from Cem Air tracked all the way with video footage and managed to get the number of the booking agent and then to the responsible party. She gave me feedback everyday right up until the bag was safely returned to me. I didn’t know this level of service existed any more. Thank you Bianca, thank you Cem Air and please give this woman a raise, she’s one in a million.

The service, knowledge and attitude of the Fourways Crossing staff has consistently been fantastic over many years. A big shout out to them.
Bryan from a Crest Paving went beyond the call of duty when things went a bit pear with our paving. Integrity is hard to find in any industry and I would recommend them for all your paving needs in a heart beat.
After two weeks having paid in full I was promised delivery every day on four occasions. The staff lied to me, didn’t return my calls or respond to my emails. Eventually I drove there only to find the poorest quality work which I couldn’t accept. Another week has passed and I must now wait 7 days for a refund. The owner in Durban also didn’t respond to my mail so it’s obvious he condones the lack of integrity that his stores provide. Don’t even consider them, you’ll be wasting your time and money.

Long story but Luke Kirschner our Service Warrior ( claims business support) gave us such outstanding service today that I’d like to actually send him on a road show to teach other corporate businesses how it’s done. Thank you Luke for making our lives a lot easier today!
HWH Designs we’re contracted by me to manufacture my clients kitchen & scullery. After more than three months with all the monies paid the kitchen is still incomplete with more than half the components missing. My client, myself and the builder were lied to everyday and not one promise was kept. The quality of the manufacture and the fit was the worst I’ve seen in 25 years in the industry. Steer clear of them unless you want a very unhappy experience.
On Friday I bought two pairs of summer sandals from Eros in Fourways Mall. They were both with bling stones.<br> I wore one pair on Sunday for about three hours and all the stones were falling out. I took them back today and the sales person had to call the owner who via whatsapp point blank refused to replace them or refund them saying that I was lying and it was impossible. The stones had even fallen out into the box. <br> <br> Incidentally on Friday when I wanted to try a black pair on she couldn't let me as the stones were already falling out before they had even left the store. A picture of the shoes made no difference to her either.<br> The sales person showed me the messages after I insisted on knowing what the owner was saying. I have never felt so cheated and angry of in my life. I eventually got them swopped out after much begging from the sales person whereby the owner admonished her for saying they would exchange them and that she would dock her salary. <br> Apparently this is a regular occurrence where stock of this nature is returned and the owner refuses to exchange the item. I will never set foot in there again and strongly advise no one else to as you have zero recourse.
