I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance
Terrible experience Auto & General is 100% better than Budget Warranty. Budget automatically lapsed my Vehicle Warranty because I paid via a link with a voucher and the debit order didn't go through. Why even send the link if it's not going to reflect on my policy on the system even after calling in the same day to check if the payment was received and the consultant confirmed that payment was received.
Good day My name is Tashia and I would like to commend Nathaniel from the FDC Group for his outstanding assistance. He was incredibly helpful and informative. Although he wasn’t able to reduce my instalments, he took the time to clearly explain the reasons — unlike many other companies that misled me or spoke negatively about others. He provided factual information and even helped me put together a plan moving forward, based on what would be best within the NCR guidelines. I also had an issue with my daughter’s account, and he guided me in the right direction. Even though I’m not his client, he still went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct information. It’s clear that he truly loves what he does. As he always says, he’s a “walking, talking brochure” — genuinely wanting people to be helped with accurate, honest information according to the NCR.
My daughter has app**** for a loan on Monday evening and we have not received any money as yet. They keep emailing her to sign in and upload her bank statement online to get the cash faster. It so suspicious. How different us it to emailing your documents. Other companies take 24 to 48 hours including your payment. This is really suspicious. Can somebody please let me know if this company is legitimate.
The best company I have ever dealt with by far. Always excellent service from the consultants. Email rep**** withing 10 to 15 minutes. Payments on time. I have never had such excellent service in today's day and age. I feelike this review does not justify enough how good they are.
My conclusion about 1Life is that it's a ****. The company debit the money from your account it reflects on your bank statement as proof but, the system does not allocated your payment. When you try to explain to the consultants they totally ignore the fact that your statement reflects that the payment was made because the system did not allocated it. They have lapsed my policy due to this and have now reinstated my policy which means I have lost 3 payments made to them because their system did not allocated a Debi check payment. Can somebody please assist me to get a hold of Carte Blanche or someone that can assist to make people aware of what's happening.
Jermaine the call centre agent wants to lapse my policy instead of getting the accounts department to contact me.
I tried putting a claim through to Naked Insurance for food that went bad in the freezer due to the switch tripping in a severe storm. The reply was they don't cover spoiled food that went bad in a freezer as it is a perishable. It's really bad that insurance companies quickly take your payments and do not even assist when you have a claim.
Hi All, I have had a terrible experience with motor spares shop in Pietermaritzburg. I was referred to Autoquip Motor Spares (owner Ritesh Hanuman) by an acquaintance, and therefore accepted the referral. Prior to Autoquip Motor Spares collecting the vehicle from my yard and taking it to the workshop for repairs I had explained everything to the owner. He showed concern and full understanding of the situation and agreed to quote me prior doing any work on the vehicle as I was not able to pay a huge amount of money for the repairs. I would've brought it back home instead. That been discussed he installed an engine management system, new battery, repaired 3 tyres, consumables and labour, put in a sensor or 2 and made a few modifications and after R30,286.00 without any proof and an invoice only given for 1 payment of R16786, later the engine is mixing oil and water, this value excludes the towing of the vehicle plus a new radiator fitted. I humbly request that these guys should be stopped dead in their tracks by this message being posted on every social media platform to avoid this happening to innocent people out there who earn an honest living and are being cheated and robbed. They refused for me to make a payment arrangement and held my car in storage until I got the police involved and had to pay the full amount without any proof of what repairs or parts were done on my vehicle. Please repost immediately.
After applying online for a vehicle rental, I was pre-approved then an sms was sent requesting my personal documents ID, Drivers Licence, Bank Statement, Proof of Residence, so I emailed the next morning which was the 18/11/2021. The company does not have a telephone number on the website. They send you a what's app number on the pre-approval sms. The what's app number seems to only be an automated number. So this company has all my personal information but, I cannot contact them back. The only contact is an automated what's app number which states thank you for contacting us we are experiencing high volumes of applications and are experiencing system issues, we will contact you as soon as possible. Till now no response.
