The most horrific service ever. Was leaving Harare and after 2 delays of just sitting on the runway while they tried to fix the decrepit mess they call a plane we were let off. There was one person to deal with all the customers. They rebooked me on another flight and I’m still yet to know if my accommodation in Jhb will be covered due to delays on Airlinks part. Please avoid this disaster of an airline.

I placed 3 orders on Makro and they’ve all been cancelled with no reason despite me asking why the orders were cancelled. To rub salt into the wound refunds take 2-10 days. How crazy is that! Much better options than Makro for online shopping!
This company are total spammers. Told them I’m not interested and they phone me everyday before 8am. Avoid them at all costs as they have no ethics!
I have had serious problems with my Vodacom line. Since October 2024 my mobile network has been completely unreliable and the network drops off totally most of the time meaning I cannot make or receive calls. After a long period of frustration I called Vodacom who informed me that my phone was blacklisted in October 2024. I never requested this. I was informed I had to complete an in blacklisting form for the black listing to be uplifted which I did. I asked for details of who or how my phone was blacklisted which was not forthcoming. As a result for the last 11 months I’ve paid a full subscription fee for a service I haven’t received. I’m therefore requesting Vodacom to credit me for my subscription fee for 11 months. Unless this is done I will take further action.
Woolies dash is horrific. Order took 5 hours to be delivered from less than 2km away and they could only supply half the items I ordered. Rather use Checkers - they deliver 90% of the items you order and in under 45mins.
My Vodacom business account was in arrears. The total balance was R 17 776.98. I was called by who I now understand to be an agent of Vodacom called VVM. They instructed me that I qualify for a settlement discount of R 5 332.98 if I make payment of R 12 444.00. I paid R 12 444.00 yet Vodacom are not crediting me with the settlement discount of R5 332.98 and telling me I must sort that out with VVM. When I call VVM they tell me I must sort it out with Vodacom. Vodacom have acted dishonestly and in bad faith. When I logged a query it was closed as resolved yet this will only be resolved when the full discount is credited to my account. I’m furthermore being prejudiced by having my lines restricted to prepaid and both not receiving my contract benefits but also having to pay prepaid funds into the account.
Hollywood bets seem to be in financial trouble. Withdrawals used to be paid out instantaneously yet now it takes many days to pay out withdrawals. Despite on their website saying”EFT withdrawals will be paid in 24 hours” this doesn’t happen and then you get customer service saying. Don’t panic you’ll get paid. Hardly reassuring. Suggest you stay away from this site.
I have had multiple attempts (4 attempts) to do a sim swap on my business cell number in the past 5 days. Every time this happens I call Vodacom as I have not requested a sim swap and I get told various stories. The most plausible story which I was told last night by your call center when this happened again is that it’s fraud being perpetrated within Vodacom. I cannot keep having these requests and wasting up to 1 hour on the phone each time to cancel the sim swap. I want to cancel my contract because Vodacom either cannot do anything about fraud or have employees complicit in it. I’ll then transfer my line to another network.
I have received finance from Wesbank to purchase a 2011 Land Rover 110. 4BC109846 is the vehicle stock number. Both Piwo the sales person and Craig the F&I do not reply to emails where I have asked questions before I finalize the deal. On a completely separate issue I’m also interested in selling my car and have been waiting since Tuesday to speak to Marcel Hayman who did the valuation Reference Number: LWB041592. Please can someone in senior management get hold of me to finalize these deals or I’ll simply walk away. I have half a dozen simple questions which I want replies to know writing after which I will instruct Wesbank Corporate to conclude the deal. I hope that your management treat this with the urgency it deserves and contact me urgently.
