Car was clean, fully serivable. Service to my liking. I'll use them again!
Bought a 50Ah battery from them trough Takealot. 18months of use on Panel & Inverter - battery fail. Phone them: "No they don't have a technical person but here - Fiso knows some stuff" Only to be given wrong & unhelpful info. Not interested in viewing the battery to do a post-mortem. My bad - should have checked Hellopeter first...
"Vodacom Service Suspended" on pre-paid. Cannot make call even to helpline. Serviec centre says all OK - need to WAIT. A number I have had for 10+ years...
Used them 2021 and work OKish (got the license disks) This year 10/01/2022 - credit card payment out of order. EFT done (via their system) - including hefty R160 additional fee per disk. Now shows I have not paid. Their online support system says: "error We could not send your query to support, please try again." Avoid.
@Absa Stockbrokers - Am I the only one receiving zero service? Post a request by e-mail, no reply. Phone, they suggest you e-mail. I only want to transfer my account, please help. C-11518633
ABSA Stcokbrokers Bad customers service. Fixated on unimportant issues while competitors run away with your business.
ABSA Stockbrokers: Have been trying to open another trading account (already have two ETF and TFSA). Yet some detail of my FICA stuff is not to their satisfaction (where I live!). Their approach? Do nothing. ABSA Stocks appear not to care. Successful business is a two way transaction - supply and demand.
Return cancelled on the system without feedback to me. No contact details, Good company growing too fast?
I see some of the review here are quite old - seems their customer contact has improved over the years?. My story is that I use one of the large banks and wanted to expand my trading - they took weeks to open a new account. With EasyEquities this was done within a couple of hours. But maybe they are more ideal for smaller investors - nicely geared for small amounts (say R250 or R500 per month) and nicely geared towards new entrants to share trading. Well maybe not trading, rather investing - a term they also us. (Is somewhat concerning reading about somebody over-paying for Shoprite....)
