I have been trying to pay my Sun Vacation Club Account since October. Sun Vacation Club Levies Department don't send levies statements, but they send you notices to say your levies are due. I chased and chased my levies statement so I could pay it. I sent reminder after reminder. I finally got a statement and paid the amount, even though my account reflected as paid. I had removed a debit order years ago, but someone put it back on my account. I paid both amounts to my husbands levies account. Still no-one has allocated my payment. I have sent both proofs of payment. I have sent the manager Lutchmee a paper trail of emails showing that I have been trying to pay my account with no success. No-one responds, no-one tells you why you're being charged late payment fees. No-one explains why statements aren't emailed out on time. No-one is accountable.
One Property Sold 4 months ago. Still no refund. The other property also sold 4 months ago, partial refund. Why is it okay to wait this log for a property to be refunded?
They don't answer their phones. Their automated voice recording says to send them an email. The email gives a generic response from consultants saying log a query online. I can't log a query online as my cell number has changed so I can't access my profile (which I stated in my email) however the consultants just send a generic reply and don't even bother to read your email. I have a mobicred account that was closed in May still reflecting on my profile and no-one can assist. If they are going to display all your financial details to the world, the least they can do is get it right.
We traded in two vehicles, a Scorpio Mahindra and a Mahindra KUV100 last week and purchased a Kia Sonet. All vehicle papers were handed over last week Friday, including the vehicles. There was no bank settlement amount on the Scorpio Mahindra. We were told 2 - 4 working days to be paid out. A week later still nothing. Today Kia phoned us and said payment would be made by close of business today, FNB to FNB. Still we wait with their stories. I have never experienced a vehicle payout take this long in all the years that we have been purchasing and selling cars. Everyone just says they have followed up with the bank and are awaiting bank payment which I do not believe to be true. Why did they phone us today and promise payment by close of business today if they weren’t intending to do it. When I questioned why it was taking so long I was told it was because our paperwork took a while to correct, but our paperwork has been perfect for over a week. They have our old vehicles. They have our original vehicle papers. So where is my payment for my vehicle??? Today they ask for proof of bank details again when it was sent to Sibusiso on the 11th of June. What on earth is going on???
I settled my account and requested closure. This was on the 5th of May. Instead of closing my account, they have sent a ridiculous letter saying it is closed however my account is still active on the online app and this morning they refunded me my settlement amount. They lie through their teeth. They refuse to let you speak to a manager. Even after posting a review here, no-one from mobicred contacted me to discuss the matter. I have now referred the matter to the National Financial Ombuds Scheme.
Tatenda and his team were absolutely amazing! Fast, pleasant, so easy to work with and communicate with. It is such a pleasure to hear a team so happy to work together. Their laughter warmed my heart and made my moving experience such a pleasure. They didn’t miss a thing. They packed with such great care as if our items were their own! Will definitely use them for our next move!
I have repeatedly tried to close my account. I am trying to apply for a bond. I cannot get one without this account being closed. I have spoken to Multiple agents every single day from Monday to Thursday this week and they are NOT closing my account as requested. This account was paid up on Monday. The agents blatantly lie and tell you an immediate payment to a business account does not reflect straight away which is nonsense as I work with banking daily. They threaten you by saying if you close your Mobicred account you can never open another one again. I said I don’t care. I have spoken to Zanele, Aqueela and numerous other agents and no-one is helping or intervening. I was told 24 to 48 hours to close an account and still I wait. This morning I get a stupid letter to say my account is paid in full but it is still active online
Department of Home Affairs Akasia has a team of ********s waiting to intercept you right outside the building. They pose as Home Affairs Officials and they walk in and out of Home Affairs like they own it so it looks legitimate. We arrived for our 11am and 12pm appointments. The queues were out the door. The “officials” said the system was offline and that we should pay cash and they would issue receipts to get us in first because we have online bookings. They issued us with numbers for the queue. My husband was following him and he disappeared before our eyes The Guy making ID copies said they are ********s. I asked him why he didn’t warn me. He said, do you want them to kill us. The guy in the hardware says they **** people every single week. There is a police station right next door and the officers literally stood watching this happen and said nothing. We then waited another hour in the queue and no-one even came to tick our names off. What is the point of appointments when you can’t even Get your booking at the right time.
I made a payment from FNB to FNB on the 30th of April. All FNB to FNB payments reflect immediately. The regional manager is saying the payment is not reflecting. I have a proof of payment which I sent them. I also have the funds reflecting as paid from My account. They are not checking properly. I have made plenty of payments over the past weeks. They always reflect same day. Now the new story is the Regional Manager is saying he only gets a spreadsheet so he is not actually even checking The bank statement.
I send parcels to ramsgate all the time. It usually takes 24 hours, no longer, to get there. I sent a parcel 3 days ago. I see it was in transit then had to be returned to the hub and then was in transit again. This happened multiple times. It usually goes straight to Southbroom hub and is then out for delivery. I tried speaking to Patricia on whatsapp at Pudo. She completely avoided giving me a straight answer (reference 9177053). I then phoned The Courier guy and they explained it was delivered to the wrong hub. First to Pietermaritzburg, then to Port Shepstone and it still has to get to Southbroom. Rather answer a question straight instead of trying to hide a mistake. Shocking!
