This company is a ****. Their VAT number is false, they do not have a company registration number and the refuse refunds even if they have incurred no expenses as the move would be in 3 or 4 months. They do not have contracts and con you with"specials"which have to be paid by immediate transfer which you cannot reclaim. They also use the same invoice number for all invoices. There Street address is in Sandton Johannesburg but the bank is in Britz. They are not registered with SARS do presumably pay no tax I have had to go the legal Do not use them. They are dishonest to the core
They are a bunch of ******* and ****mers. Debbie my account R750 without authorisation. Do not use them
Bought a Breville Mixer for R3700 four years ago. The machine has broken down - the gearbox stripped after fewer than 50 uses. The repair bill is R2500 with a R300 "deposit". I have waited over a month as it appears there are no spares available. Many calls and emails to Foschini group resulted in an offer of R15% discount on another machine which would result in me spending a whole lot more money. I WANT MY R3700 back as this is unacceptable that there is no backup on this machine. I have spent many thousands of Rand on Breville appliances at @Home. What is even worse than their physical service is their lack of will in responding to me. I have had dealings with NATHAN ADAMS but only promises of someone contacting me but it never happens.

I sent a phone to Vodacom Customer Care for repair - which they did very quickly - replacing the old phone with a "new" one. Job Card ********** 0- ********** 3. however on the old phone was a glass screen protector. they tried to pull it off, completely destroying it. as the replacement was done under warrantee i expect them to replace the screen protector, or at least have the common courtesy to tell me they destroyed it. as this item cost from R200 to R300 i expect and demand compensated

i have not had any response to my complaint regarding the screen cover and sim card
further to my previous complaints i have but one more. the phone was replaced by a new phone. the original had a R200 screen protector. the replacement does not. i would like to be reimbursed for the screen cover.
the new phone seems to be working but not on the correct setting - LTE has to be turned off. i even disd a simswap (cost R63 - for which i should be reimbursed also) as i was told the phones cant all be faulty - it must be the sim card. vodacom are currently in the process of testing my number.
i ahve a new LG G$ which seems to have a problem remaining connected to the network. i have tried many many times to get hold of an LG \expert"on this device"
for the record - the phone is again (for the 3rd time in 2 weeks) back in repair (where they dont seem to do anything - they replaced the internal workings the first time, second time -nothing found but software upgraded (why was the software not upgraded the 2nd time) - 3rd time - no report yet but still cannot receive incoming calls at times.

and no reponse other than the automated response to the first complaint
i have just upgraded me old Samsung S4 to a new LG G4. within a day or two i noticed i was not getting all incoming calls. i called vodacom and lg a number of times but no-one relly new what was happening. afte about 2 weeks of frustraation i sent the phone to Vodaworld repairs ( repai number10928775) where after about 10 days they replaced the PC board but i got the same casing back. the result is the phone is exactly as it was before - not working. when i put my sim in my old phone i have no problems. the new one intermittenly stops working. i have been advised on numerous settings but nothing works. i have today sent the phone back to Vodaworld repairs. i would like a new phone. i am paying a subscription which includes the cost of a handset but Vodacom have the handset for longer than i do. i want a credit on my account.
