Poor Product Quality
A booster pump purchased from Takealot failed after just two weeks of normal use. The returns inspection attributed the failure to rust and classified it as user-damage so my request for a replacement was denied. Rusting after only two weeks of normal operation raises serious concerns about the product's quality. Regards,

Billed for fibre that never worked
Billed for fibre that never worked. After almost two weeks from ordering fibre and attempting to get it working by 2 people phoning Afrihost technical support 2-3 times a day and not getting anything resolved, I received the bill today for the full amount. If only the tech support was a good as the billing department.

Can't fix LTE
Can't fix LTE, after 20th time of resetting and rebooting the router as per Afrihost troubleshoot instructions, I think it's fair to say they have no clue how to fix LTE.

Aircon Installation
Included aircon installation by Builders Warehouse approved installer, booked specific time took day of work and installation team decided not to pitch for no reason. Customer service seems to thinks it's fine and keep on reminding me it's a third party.

No product and no refund just excuses
After having waited 3 months for a product with various exuses for delays(If you get a response), I cancelled the order and requested a refund for which I have been waiting for over a month. Have since received the exact same product directly from amazon 4 weeks after ordering, so excuses of delivery and customs problems doesn't hold water.

3 months late and still nothing - not even an email. Are they still in business?
Ordered and paid for a product on 2021/03/04. The initial delivery time estimate stated a maximum 20 days. After the first month I just receive automated responses and lately I have received no response from enquiries.
