Super amazing service
What an amazing experience,I ported out from my previous network yesterday afternoon and got notified by Melon Mobile last night at around 19h30 that my line is activated.It is such a painless process and very easy and effective.It is clear that customers are very important to you.Your an amazing team.

Poor service received - Superflex
I signed up for MTN Superflex on the 10th of November and really enjoyed the unlimited calls to any network and the monthly rate is really worth it.On the 10th of December I received an email to fox the payment so I confirmed my card details and paid for the new month service.I is my phone mostly for business and it's been 5 days and hundreds off calls to 135 and emails to the group CEO,customer care and via the MTN social media and empty promises by management and consultants,I'm still unable to phone as my data and free calls have not been provisioned. The calls centre agents gives you different reasons and explenations and some of them don't even make sense and some off them a re very rude and unhelpful.I have had it with their poor level off dealing with clients.I will never recommend MTN ever again.This left a very bad taste in my mouth.MTN you've dropped the ball too many times in this regard.

Poor service delivery
I can’t wait for my 12 month contract to expire. The service I’ve received the last few months was absolutely poor from the accounts department to the ordering department. The last few months I will order water and then a date will be scheduled and every time they won’t pitch on the said date and will then come with some excuse. I phoned today and asked Tshepo to confirm if my water will be delivered and I could hear in his voice that he just wanted to end the call and not solve my query.I am done with this company and their poor service delivery.
