I spoke with Yamkele Mgqemgqea today at standard bank transactional banking. I requested if the bank that I have had an account with for 30 years to honour debit orders which will go through my account due to my salary being paid on 31 December. He didn't even bother to check my profile to see whether I am a high or low risk client his first answer was no it cannot be done. I said I don't have a negative rating but he as absolutely not interested in anything I had to say. Standard Bank you aught to get better people to work at you institution people who are client centric and take the trouble to help. I have never made a request of this nature before. I don't have any credit cards with standard bank. I have a housing loan that is way in advance. Of all the bad services we get in south africa this has got to be the worst. They guy was rude and completely uninterested in listening or even assisting.
CMH Nissan Midrand. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I will never purchase anything from this dealership or in fact any @Renault dealership again. Fact: the vehicle was bought in March 2023 a month later the vehicle shudders and the diagnosis is a faulty clutch. Despite 3rd party warranty and so called dealership warranty the repair is the consumers responsibility dealership cites wear and tear despite driving the car for a little over a month. The dealership takes no responsibility or accountability even though the problem occurs only 1 month after purchase. Consumers have no rights and are left to carry the expenses despite paying for a 3rd party warranty and the dealership warranty both warranty's don't cover these costs but this was never explained. The dealership takes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever. The attitude of the dealership shifts from one of enticing consumers with the sweet sales talk to a completely different animal where no responsibility is taken for selling a problem vehicle.
The service we get from builders warehouse is absolutely shocking has anyone ever tried to get through to a builders warehouse store through the newly centralised number 0860 008 901the switchboard operator keeps you holding forever and can not seem to get through to a store. Why do we as South Africans allow such bad service. Builderssa Builderssa

Despite my previous 2 reviews about the many deposits to my accounts which is money not due to me Standard Bank have failed to resolve this problem. Deposits into my accounts and the depositors have not even queried these funds is very strange also if funds are deposited into an account there should be some correlation between the account name and the name indicated by the person depositing the funds and if there is no correlation between the 2 then the deposit should not go through the system a simple solution like this should not be too difficult for the bank.
STANDARD BANK STILL ALLOWING DEPOSITS INTO MY ACCOUNT DESPITE MY REQUEST THAT THEY DONT ALLOW DEPOSITS INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
I booked online through Agoda.com for accommodation at First group magalies park. The accommodation was confirmed and payment made through my credit card. The payment went through i received confirmation of the booking but the dates were not the dates i selected. When i tried cancelling and resubmitting my accommodation request for the dates i want i couldnt make any changes i also could not cancel or do anything at all except to accept the dates that agoda selected. I am extremely angry because i cannot travel onnthe dates selected by agoda and now i cant even change the booking or get my money back. Please dont ever book theough agoda they confirm without alerting you that the dates are not available.
My previous review refers. Funds being transferred to my account and no one claiming the funds. However i find it very strange that I get a call yesterday from someone who claims the funds were erroneously transferred by him. How did he get my contact details the bank is not supposed to give out my contact details. To this date no one from the bank has called me on my previous review.
