how does one get hold of webafrica support ? they pathetic. you can only whatsapp them, i am not even getting a response.. surely this company ISP should just close down or let us voluntary leave them without paying penalties. people out there choosing an ISP, STAY very far away from webafrica.....
useless. ppl, please, there are other ISP's out there, choose anything besides webafrica.... you cant get hold of anyone on the phone, its all through whatsapp. a simple task to upgrade my line to a faster speed is taking over a week to complete. the worst is every day when you want an update you have to start the whole chat whatsapp process again, they have no history of what has been said. you have to start from the beginning, your name address id number reason, then they transfer you and again you start the whole process over, and again they transfer you to another department and again you start the whole identification process again and explaining why..... every day 4 different departments and its over a week now just to go up a speed in connection, to give them more money a month, but what a pain. please ppl, choose other ISP, cause my honest opinion and fact with webafrica is they should close down. unfortunately not easy to cancel your contract, they tie you in with all rules..... again, ppl, read and trust me, chose a different ISP than my experience with this isp, you will thanks me...
internet been down for 12 hours and i am yet to get hold of an agent it support person. u can’t phone u have to whatsapp. its shocking service. really 0 star. avoid.
WOW , I checked up my beneficiaries I set and they go to three people I have never heard of !!!! , so OLD MUTUAL has a person accessing our records and changing beneficiaries to there cousins people !!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THIS - i set my beneficiary to my fiancé ages ago, a lady called me from old mutual to check over my policy and talk about it ect.... she says are my beneficiaries still kumelo tapelo and chapie shabalalba and pertunia shozolozo ?? i said WHAT, WHO AND WHERE DID YOU GET THIS FROM !!!!!!!! my name is nic lang. as you can see my surname is not related to the nominated beneficiaries !! people who have old mutual policy with beneficiaries you BETTER ALL check and confirm they you have the correct beneficiary. ACTUALLY better to get rid of old mutual all together as if we make changes now and BOOM, the same person just goes into our records and changes to there cousins !! SHOCKING !!!
useless. my last review was taken down, not very good from hellopeter, i want to let people know the true facts about vox telecom.... don't use this ISP. charged me for courier costs when i have an email from vox stating that " as i have delivered the router back to vox stores i will not get charged" , they have now suspended my fibre to the home for this unpaid courier costs... be very careful of VOX...
USELESS , uneducated confused ******* ! trying to bill me for a cancellation of a month to month contract for courier costs of R299 ! as discussed with emails that if i return the LTE router to there stores the charge will be removed. 18 emails with 2 replies only and they still cant get this right, the confusion is pathetic. embarrassing actually. they have now suspended my fibre to the home as this R299 is not paid. so good bye VOX there are plenty other educated well run ISP's out there. your business is obviously failing and closing down as no one knows anything ? DONT USE VOX AS AN ISP ! suspended my line because of your incorrect/uneducated accounts department... remember i have an email from VOX stating if the router gets dropped off the courier charges will be dropped !!! i emailed vox from the vox stores , the delivery signed and stamped by VOX, yet the confusion is real and my line is suspended. take your fibre and shove it.
every month i get a threatening whatsapp message from this company yet i have never received one phone call, one letter and never have i ever paid them anything but every month a threatening whatsapp message about handing me over to court and paying legal fees ect… bottom line is don’t use this company as they obviously have bad management and very incorrect information as they have my number but don’t have a clue who i am. when i phone and give my I’d number they havnt a clue. pathetic management maybe even ownership!!!

DO NOT USE this company. debtbusters puts you further in debt. they have been debiting my account and have acknowledged that they can’t sort out my debt with my debters. they will bot even refund me the money they have debited from my account. i have lodged a complaint at the ombudsman and laying theft charges and put in a claim at small claims court. useless don’t use them.
DO NOT USE this company !!! they are a bunch of thieving lying crooks. PLEASE do NOT use this debtbusters, you end up paying more than you originally were in debt.... PLEASE people of south africa, DO NOT use this company to try and squash your debt... you will be sorry, you will lose or be further in debt. they could not even sort out my debt, they kept on debiting me and NOT paying off the debtors that they said they would, thus i have lost 4 months of money and still not paid one debt off...!!! they are useless, they have even acknowledged that they cant help me BUT they will not refund any of the money they have taken from me. i have now reported to ombudsman, claiming at small claims court and lodging a case of theft at police station. DO NOT USE this company...!!!
