We purchased a dining room suite on 30 Oct., off the floor. •it was defective, but not disclosed to us •on reporting to them that it was defective, we were told that we were aware. •replacement unit is still not delivered," on account of weather" •when following up with the manager, I was told to "moenie kak praat nie", as he was on holiday .
Bought a Ryobi generator from Builders Warehouse, Klerksdorp, on 11 July. It broke on a Friday, within 6 days. Unfortunately I could only return it the Monday, 18 July ,now on 8 days. Still haven't heard from them... I wouldn't have had this issue had I purchased at Game...same product going for R500 cheaper. A bit of a letdown for such a large chain store...
Submitted requested documents for fraud query on 30 June...today,17 days later, Dimakatso at the branch has not forwarded the documents to the fraud department. After several telephonic attempts to confirm, No feedback is given (no ref number), no reference number given Yet, like clockwork, they continue to debit my account. Branch Manager, Jason escalation of the query with urgency is a welcome relief, giving a glimmer of hope
Fraud. Account debited. Contact Service Center does not have option to report fraud for non Vidacom clients. Their Fraud line 0115461530, is constantly busy, no option to leave a message on which to be contacted later... The burning question though, remains ; does Vodacom not vet new accounts. The next thing they will be following up on me for non payment.
Nedbank takes 3 weeks to issue cancellation figures on a bond...a task that their competitors do within 3 working days, according to Meyer van der Walt attorneys... Apparently they cannot obtain cancellation figures for the past 3 weeks, after lodging without following due process.

I Sent a complaint to the MTN complaint email line. They respond via email, requesting we confirm our Pin ID number Postal/Residential adress Work phone number Bank name and Bank acc type... All the information required by scammers and phishing emails... SOo confused
Dishonest. Made appointment for Thursday, asked for my locations throughout the day. Ni deliveries made. On following up, I am informed by the consultant, Yanger Molotsi, that I was contacted by the driver. When I dispute this alternate fact, I am told that the driver could not deliver because there was no network coverage. (did he contact me, or was there no network?) The initial consultant changed my delivery address from home to work, to accommodate his trips, but then uses the excuse that my delivery adress is in a remote area,, as my work address is in a remote area, so he is unable to deliver. Since when is Klerksdorp a remote area
Upgrade of 29 Jan, 8th February and still no action has been taken. on contacting them, only then do they process... another 7 working days for delivery.
WOW. a client for 18yrs with MTN, trying to give them another 2 yrs of business... but it doesn't look like they want it. Information given at store differs from call center, complaint logged (16/01/2021) go unresolved to date. Currently holding on to cancel the existing contract on 135... for the past 20 minutes, as they wont cancel the contract in store.
