I took a family member to open an account at the Buiten branch of Capitec in Welkom over the the weekend. The service from Pulane and all the other personnel was very professional and friendly and they all get a "thumbs-up" from me.
We recently opened a Fixed deposit account at the Menlyn branch. Tebogo helped us with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. He even phoned afterwards to hear if we are satisfied with everything. Thank you very much Tebogo
I ordered an item a long time ago and waited for it in vain. I submitted a complaint to HelloPeter and they (Reliable store) contacted me soon after that. The item has just been delivered and I will consider purchasing something from them again.
I have ordered an item a few months ago and it has still not been delivered. I have sent a number of e-mails without reply. This is the most useless store I have ever come across. I would recommend the reader to purchase from any other company but this one.
<p>We recently bought a pair of running shoes for my wife. When we got home she found it did not fit. We wnet back to get our maney back as they did not have her size in stock so that she could buy the shoes elsewhere. We were then notified that "TEKKIE TOWN" has a policy that they will not give your money back that you could buy something alse of the same value. This does not help if they do not have in stock what you need. Why do they have this policy in 2016 when their competition has money back policies with out hassles? Needless to say this was our first and last trip ever to this store. The staff even told us that they are frequently taken on by clients because of this policy but it seems that the brain surgeons that runs these stores know better. </p>
I wrote a complaint a few days ago regarding poor service from ARAMEX as we had to have a parcel delivered to us before Christmas and it seemed that the parcel qwas lost completely. Tsego contacted me in less than 24 hours after the complaint which as on the 24th December and promised me to sort the problem out as soon as possible. I did not have much faith but Tsego kept me updated throughout the day. She then arranged for the parcel to be available at their Pretoria branch and Peter from the Pretoria branch phoned me late on the 24th December and informed me that the parcel was available for collection. We finally got the parcel late on the 24th December and Christmas was saved thanks to Tsego. She really went the extra mile and we sincerely thank her for that.
We have ordered an item which was supposed to have been delivered to us several days ago. Needless to say it has still not been delivered. The reason given to us is that they could not find our address. We have had pool equipment, clothing , jewelry etc delivered to us in the past without any problems so how they cannot find our address is very strange. We have made too many calls to mention to try and find out what is going on I have personally stated that I would go and fetch the item. We have today (23/12/15) been promised that an agent of theirs who is familiar with the area in which we stay, will DEFINITELY come and deliver the package tomorrow. As this is a Christmas present of someone I really hope that the item will be delivered tomorrow (24/12/15) but somehow I doubt and will most probably have to submit another complaint regarding this very obvious useless company.
