This has got to be the worst place to buy online. 2 weeks and I've still not received my order. I'm told it's already in Nelspruit but can say when I will get order. I will never order here again. It's thee worst place
Im not happy that im not able to track my parcels. 1 order has been with courier since monday, but to day, no delivery. I could not even get courier contact numbers as i needed my orders urgently. I find it very concerning. I have been calling but getting no assistance from Tekkie town. All i need is my orders urgently. They are both paid for
I placed an order. No stock available, but nobody available to assist with refund or exchange. no contact numbers for online store. Nobody responds to emails. I need a refund or exchange urgently. This order was for my daughter that needs to leave for studies soon. So disappointing

My order came to R260. This went off my account, then order was cancelled and removed from my app . My order has disappeared off ubereats app so I can't log my query on there and I haven't received my refund. They don't even have a support phone number! What the hell is going on? And how do I get my money back?
Im getting extremely annoyed with Nifty!! The system is NEVER working!!! always offline!!! worst is when a consultant does not tell you theres a delay!! i only make an application if its urgent.. Now im told i need to wait till next week for the payout.. this is ridiculous. I need the money Urgently!!! When will this offline issue be sorted once and for all... I need the payout URGENTLY!! Im really frustrated!! I dont know why i keep using this company.. It was good in the beginning.. But now its not good!
Firstly i would like to state that i was assisted by a lovely lady - i think her name is Johanna.. really efficient lady.. My frustration is with the company!! For years they have been having payout problems! when will this issue be fix once and for all? I make applications because i need the cash urgently.. only to be told they are not able to payout.. Loan is approved i need that loan paid out today!! i cant wait any longer! this is frustrating me
Getbucks has been having payout issues for a very very long time. Seriously! If they don't have money, don't approve any loans. Loan approved on Monday, but no one can say when it will be paid out. What kind of business is this? This loan was urgent. I said I would wait a day or 2. I did that, still no money? What's going on with getbucks? I've been a client for a very long time, but I think it's time I find another reliable loan provider! This is ridiculous now!! I'm really unhappy as I has plans with this money and it's extremely urgent!!! Getbucks we need answers!!!!!
Okay, i guess i was too quick to give Rain a good review. But now i dont understand how they running a business if we are not able to call them The lady that assisted me the weekend was good.. But i begged that they dont switch off my wifi and i will go to the bank on the weekend to sort everything out - of with i did, all is sorted on my side.. Im told there will be an option on my profile that says "pay now"i dont have that option and im not given banking details. but now my wifi is disconnect - how does on contact them as i have been wanting to make payment!! this is very frustrating now.. they can just tell me they dont need my money and i will register with another service provider :-( Im dissapointed today
