Dear Hi Finance, I see as soon as I have paid off 1 account with you (Also having overpaid the account by R98 due to the fact that you never bothered to send me a statement as you should have done normally), You decide to up the monthly amount on the last account let to pay by R10, so when is it ok to breach the contract without informing the customer in some form of writing?

Please contact me with details of your legal dept asap, enough is enough, I have had countless problems over payment with you in the past.

Every month i get a call from the accounts dept of HiFi Corp to tell me that my one account is in arrears. I have 2 accounts with them meaning I made 2 different purchases.

I pay via EFT one large amount to cover both amounts owed as they claim to have only one account number used for payments via EFT.

Everytime they call me I tell them its a case of simple maths, add and subtract.

Take the smallest amount I owe and subtract it from the lump sum I paid and viola, there is the other amount for the other account i owe on.

I have firmly come to the conclusion that If a person wishes to leave school after STD. 2 (right before you learn about add and subtract) then you are able to work for Hi Fi corp accounts dept.

This hasnt not bugged me too much before because I know I am paying you correctly HiFi Corp, however when I get an sms from you stating that I will be marked as a bad payer with the Credit beurau when I am paying you in full and due to your mistake every month, well that is like asking me to go to war with you.

Please get your heads out of your bums and dont wait till you get to work to sleep, rather sleep at night.

If you can get someone with at least half a working brain cell to call me (once again) to rectify you balls up (once again)!

If Nedbank could employ more people like Merilynn Peters, then the bank would be perfect and run like clockwork. I really take my hat off to you Mrs. Peters. - THANK YOU!
In December you double charged me and took it off early. After a conversation I had with one of your consultants on the 4 Jan she said it was ok to rather EFT the money every month but never told me it would incur charges for it. But today I get your statement and after you double billed me in December I had my own bank reverse a single charge to make it even, My bank charged me a reverse transaction fee. on my statement from you today you have charged me Unpaid Additional Debit Order Finance charges amounting to almost R300. Well Hi Fi Corp, I have news for you, I refuse to fix your F*#* Up. I will pay you what I owe you with the new charges for EFT and that will be that. I am not here to make sure your one department speaks with the other department, I have my own work to do during the day.
Please P*&s me off one more time, This will be dealt with legally from now on!
They first of all debited my account early in December - Way early - Didn't even have pay yet.
They apologised for this and said they will rather let me EFT the monies owed on my own accord.
We both agreed to this.
Yet today I see that I have been double billed this month, I EFT the amount PLUS you sneaky bastards have changed the debit order name and taken off the amounts as well.
Who in the HELL gave you authorisation to change the name and assume that I would just consent to letting you send the debit order off - I would say that that is a case of fraud?
I am going in to see my bank this morning and ask them to oblige in this matter as I feel you have acted fraudulently HI Fi Corp!
Vodacom, I am a new customer of yours, well I was a customer in the past, went to Telkom found out how much worse Telkom was, and now am back with you.
I took out a new phone contract with you in Oct/Nov 2015 on one of your flexi packages.
I then decided to go the full monty, cancel everything Telkom I had including my ADSL line with them, because of that I need an internet connection, so I applied for a MF253 Router with 500MB data priced from R129 per month, I have applied repeatedly for this about 4-5 times now, each time you decline it without a reasonable explanation as to why you have declined it to me.
Yesterday I get a call from a lady at Vodacom saying she wants to put extra insurance onto my new Phone contract for R90 per month extra.
Now Are you telling me that You are willing to let me pay R90 Extra every month but are not prepared to give me a stupid little router at R129 extra per month????
Its a silly little difference of R39 extra ontop of R90.
You people are schmucks to think that you cannot help me with another contract (which by the way, on the internet app tells me I am eligible for another contract) but you are OK with taking extra money for insurance?
Hi Fi Corp, are you just plain crazy or do you like taking chances, Our contractual agreement for the debit order each month is the 26th, since I get paid on the 25th Including in December. Because of you I will get a bad credit rating. And all this without even letting me know your intentions, no sms, email, call, not even normal post.
However Since you are in breach of your own stupid contract, I have now instructed my Bank to cancel your debit order and return the money to my account. When you A-holes discover this, you are then welcome to give me a call and furnish me with your banking details so that I can make payment via EFT on EVERY LAST WORKING DAY of the month. You have brought this on yourselves!
I have a Nedbank personal loan, the first debit order date is set for the 26th of every month.
First of all the second debited month they took the amount of on the 23rd of the month! Hell, I only get paid on the 25th, upon calling them about this they said that its not a problem for them, if there happens to be not enough money in the account at that time they will just keep putting it through until it goes off successfully - ALL THIS AT MY EXPENSE OF COURSE. - YOU SCHMUCKS how do you do business like this!
It was then that I set a debit order date with them for the 26th of every month.
Now TODAY 11 December, the amount has already been deducted from my account.
NEDBANK you idiots are in breach of your own contract.
I have now instructed my bank (Which is not Nedbank) to cancel your debit order and when you finally notice that you cant just take money from my account when you feel like it, You an call me and I will then EFT you the money every month on the LAST WORKING DAY of every month.
You A-Holes would not keep to your own contract, now you will feel it!!!!
Telkom, are you blind or stupid or both?
I cancelled my Telkom/hellkom/mekhom mobile account with you beginning of November, And I told you that I was stopping your debit order at my bank. Why do I still get a bill from you for Sim and Connection when All I took on your shit network was a sim card?
I did not Even take a device those 2 years ago.
I am sure by now, after 2 years that your useless sim card is more than paid for.
WTF is your problem?
