This is the second time where I will receive email that confirms my order is on shipping that I didn’t even ordered. It’s a pity because it is a same item Nature's way Su FENNEL SEED Traditional Digestive Support. And my money gone just like that. Email send via junk. Imagine ****** play smart knows I can’t check junk emails. I think big mistake is to give them excuses to my account knowing all my bank details. So it easier for Amazon to go through and ***** my money. I’m not even at USA. I have 2 weeks already gone home at South Africa to my vacation. I want how many people did they experience to ****med by this company. I need my money with immediately effect.
It was on the 30 of July Tuesday 2024 when I bought sofa couches at leather gallery spring field. I ask my sales man if they can deliver it on Thursday. He told me they can’t because they have to wait money to be clear. I decided to make immediate payment. Then I can able to find my delivery on Thursday. I wait Thursday to weekend until Jesus comes. No update nothing. Unless if call them. They will keep changing different people on the different people on the fone. Every one comes with different propaganda By the following week I told them to cancel that order and refund my money back. Also there it was an issue. The lady called mbhali will call me after she will keep me on hold for 2hrs on the phone until I drop off that phone. That second week on Friday around 20:00pm I received a call phone call for leather gallery delivery. A guy told me he delivered my stuff. I told him to go back with that sofa. I need my money. Special at this time of night what kind of delivery. Same mbhali in the following day call me comes with their propaganda they will to cancel delivery fee and give voucher for their products. I told her I need my money back. I can go to the other shops UFO or VIBES. Finally they end up delivered it. By that time they busy want me to sign their paperwork that says all items are on the good condition. I them I need time to check properly if everything is ok.The other couch for 2 was damaged. I updated them. And they keep saying they will come to pick it up. Also there it takes several days. To get my refund for that delivery fee It was a war to get my money back, I had to go to their warehouse. Now when I was cleaning the couches I noticed small damages that are not visible from far, which could be from poor handling of the couches or they gave me a returned product It’s shame to see to big company like leather gallery having poor service, what I paid for is not what I received. If wanted poor quality and service I would have gone to China Shop All I want is my money back or Delivery the service I paid for or else I will come to your offices with media. Trust me I will make you trend, I will let the whole world know about the your poor quality and service delivery. I wonder how many people have received this kind of horrible service and quality. I am sure a lot will come out
It was on the 26 July when I bought items for R10400 at builders river house queen Nandi drive. And I keep it on the collection department. In next few days I receive a call from Siyabonga Biyela told me he is delivering my parcel without my permission or discussing with me. I told him I will come and collect it by myself soon my crew team are ready to install kitchen. On the next few days again I receive the call from builders driver told me he is at my house gate to deliver my stuff. By that time no one at home. And nobody did inform me about they will bring delivery. I told they to go back with that items because I don’t know who instruct them to deliver it. Other than that I’m coming to take my money. And they told me Siyabonga instructed them to deliver it. The very same Siyabonga Biyela called me to question about when I will come to take my stuff. I told him this is not the first time I bought stuff at builders.And collect it without nobody pressuring me. He was super rode and told me I have to collect my money. Today he sent me threatening email that if I didn’t come to collect my online order automatically my money will be refunded. I’m like which order that I purchase online. As I purchase in the store By that time I’m already spending 50k at builders difference stores from last month util now as I’m busy renovating my kitchen. I’m a builders customer for many years as I believe is a Walmart. I never get this kind of treatment to any builders stores even all international Walmart. Only if I know this river house builders is below to Siyabonga Biyela I won’t use it. Because he don’t do me favour. I wonder how many customers that facing same horrible attitude like this. They keep quiet. By the way I am still going to publish it to all via social media platforms.
It was on the 12th Tuesday September 2023 when I went Pinetown at Hyundai with my sister to buy a car. We been assist by Mxolise our sell's man. I told him I want a car for cash of this amount . He asked us to wait him, he is going to speak with his manager Clinton Munsami. He came back and told us and said he got Kia picanto but it still in the work shop but by Thursday it will be ready. We have to pay all the money to secure it. Which I did. Thursday we went back at Hyundai to pick up a car as a promised. They told us it will be ready definitely on Saturday also listen By that time no call for update, nothing. Saturday when we arrived there Clinton promise us by Monday we will be sorted. Monday when we arrived Clinton saw us and decided to runner way , We been sitting there by Mxolise desk almost 1hr no one attending us until we decided to go there to their work shop. We meet him there. And he started to tell us now a car have a issue for clash. That’s why is not ready. My question is when Clinton will tell us that after we been waiting an hr without any explanation. By that time I’m using a hired car. We have to go back home without car. If I didn’t call no call I receive from them. I told him he can give us a car to use while they still busy with this one. Because I’m spending more than R5000 already that was not on my budget. Clinton should be specific from the beginning when mxolise told him he have clients that need car. He have to told us yes we have a car but it will takes few days or a week. Then it will be up to me if I will wait or not. By that time I blame myself as I did find a ford Tego at Hyundai Springfield. Different was R1000. We end up getting a car on the 21 Thursday 2023 after a week. It was so dirty no auto Valley and Reverse gear not working properly. Today on the 03 October we take it back to Hyundai for auto valley. No body call me for feedback if a car is ready. I have to call them myself. That’s where they start to told me a car is Ready. I told them they have to pick up me or delivery it. my petrol is gone. It comes with low petrol. Is not even clean. They promise they will apply Crystal to protect painting but it still comes back without anything. I need my money for that courtesy car I been using it. Even now I’m still driving with a paper that will be expired on the 10th of this month. Horrible service I’m going to report to ombudsman also to all via social media and network. How many people who receive this terrible service.
I just went mimmos restaurant gateway before 21:00 pm today. A waitress come to us with menu after 10 minutes already. After she took our order she left us on the table for ever. Until we decided to leave around 21:40pm. because we already been waiting so long. I never experience this horrible service like this. How many people who have the same challenge daily basis.
Fraudsters scammers It was last year when I take contract with Car track. In the next few months they started to debit a big difference amount of money that we didn’t agree with it. When I asked them they told me is increased. My question is why they didn’t inform me. Then they can hear from me first if I will agree or not. By giving them authorisation in my account that means they have to do anything they like in my account without my opinion. I canceled their contract because they are crooks. Since last year I canceled them car track jump in my account with different reference numbers to steal my money every month. Fraudsters scammers. They act like I owe them. I’m sick and tired with this desperate fly by night company. Now I’m reporting it to NICB to cancel they Lincence because they are scammers. Also to ombudsman and publish them to all via social media platforms Because what they do is fraud. How many people who have the same challenge I have with this scammers company. The world have to know about this horrible disaster company not to purchase any products for them. They are scammers.
It was on the 01/12/2022 when I was flying with airlink airlines on my connection to USA. From Durban to Johannesburg. Around 19:45pm the stewardess serve the passengers snacks. One of them her name is melissa have a horrible attitude. She usually jump me when she have to pass me drink. I call her to ask if is possible to have drink. She just scream me and ask Who told me if she won’t give me. I apologize and explain her is because I see her already going I thought may be she forgot. Oh she said all nonsense she wish to say. And Kamo start to apologize. I told kamo she didn’t do anything wrong as this melisa don’t see anything wrong she don’t care. I was shocked during this hard time where people lost job daily basis because of economy and caused of living. There is still people acting like MELISA. My question how many passengers who experience this terrible attitude. She act like she do favor. She forgot I’m booking flight with my money. This is sad and bad for company repetition.
On the 05/09/2022 I was at Makro Springfield to pick up my order. While I’m there on the telesale side the lady who assist me requested Makro card. I put my 2 phones which is iPhone plus and Huawie Y9 PRIME 2019 on the counter and I’m busy checking my card. I just had a sound of my phones Falling on metal steel. When I pick up it the huawie one is completely finished the whole screen and iPhone just screen protector. Same lady pushing my phones with toilet paper. We report it same time mr Dube told me he will check a camera footage and get back to me. Which is on the following day he did call me. And told me to do 3 Qoute as the phones damages by staff member. They will claim it. I take my time even there running up and down with my petrol and do that Qoute. I send it to mr Dube. Until today I never heard anything from Makro. I don’t have phone. I’m not supposed to wait them like this with my phones and I even told that mr Dube by the beginning of October I’m leaving back to work abroad. I need Makro to sort my phone with immediately effect before I act. That’s how they appreciate me after I spent daily basis at there store Thousand andThousand
A very disappointing and unprofessional service. Imagine is a month end. I need to do my transaction in my app from on the 30/07/2022 but I can’t get any access. App is not working for days. It said I can use atm. By that time I’m out of the country. How can I use the atm. Worse is not a problem for few hrs. Is days and days. I didn’t know this Capitec is falling apart. I been trust it as I used this bank from years and years. When I will be going back South Africa and change this fly by night bank. I’m stuck right now. I can’t do anything. If you can be able to make sure today is working. I need my money please.
It was on Monday 11 April 2022 when my yard retaining wall landslide, Due flooding at Durban kzn. I call Fatima khan broker for CIA insurance. Which is no more longer with CIA insurance. And she told me to check emails where Nannette used to send me documents and contact her. I have to go back to the emails where Nannette another broker for CIA used to email me my policy documents. Then I send email. Amelia Jooste another broker for CIA respond with property damage and public ability claim form. I send the form back with some support documents that been requested. I keep doing following update with Amelia weekly. She told me insurance waiting assessor to view the damage and take it from there. After 2 weeks on Friday 22 April 2022 ANTON POHL assessor called me to informed on following Monday 25/04/22 around 12:00pm he will be on my property. By Monday around 2pm I called him to check if our appointment still on. That’s where he told me he is coming on the following day Tuesday. On Tuesday when he come , he said this place need engineers. Did I build anything here. I told him unfortunately no as I’m new here. I bought a property 2019 October as it is. And 2020 was been a pandemic. And this insurance comes with Prorpety. And also all our conversation been recorded. On the first week of May I called Amelia Jooste. For any update. She told me she still waiting feedback as well from CIA insurance. All the time if I call her she will tell me the same thing. Which is she still waiting. On Thursday 12/05/22 I called Amelia and told her I’m going to their office of CIA insurance there at umhlanga with media. Because I can’t tolerate this game. When I arrived at umhlanga receptions called their manager Conrad Baasden. Baasden told me they don’t deal with clients. Only brokers they deal with. I told him if they deal with brokers they should give them feedback to update clients but Amelia cc me on the email where she asked NOMFUSI PHAHLANE to give her feedback then she can be able to update client. Nomfusi didn’t respond. That’s why I’m here. And I told him I’m coming with camera media. Baasden said they won’t allow anyone coming in.I have to update my people. Conrad come with a book that have their terms and conditions and show me it says we will not cover damage to retaining walls caused by storm,wind,water,hall or snow unless we specifically that the walls was designed constructed in accordance with professional structural engineers. I ask Baasden why this terms and conditions not there in my policy documents. On my policy documents I have some terms and conditions that are excluded to the cover. This one is new. there is no specific terms like this as I have all documents I received during policy started. Obvious this one they creating special for now during flooding because they run to pay. 2019 was the floods but my wall didn’t collapse. Yesterday Amelia send me a email where it says unfortunately the insurance don’t cover the retaining wall. And emails including attached documents from NOMFUSI says check number 16. It have. Same terms that Baasden shows me in his office. This CIA are big scammers crooks Fraudsters. I send all my policy documents and the late one they creating special to my attorneys I will make sure this fly by night scammers Crooks CIA insurance company the world knows about it. And people who still insured with them they have to open eyes. I wander how many people who facing this problem. That NOMFUSI she well trained to do dirty job by scamming people Fraudsters. CIA insurance will be trending to all social media platforms. May be lots of people will comes out.
