I have had my BMW X3 for 11 years. Done all servics and battery changes as normal. Car was suddnely sluggish first thing in the morning and I asked a garage nearby to check it for me and they advised that the battery may be the issue and as it was under gaurentee from BMW tro reather take it to BMW for investigation which is exactly what I did. BMW sent the battery to Battery Centre which recharged battery and after 2 days reported nothing was wrong. BMW said nothing on the car was wrong either as per diagnostic checks and it must be a 3rd party accessory, a Tracker device causing the issue. Discovery Insure sent out the Tracker people who also found nothing wrong on their side but changed the setting on the tracker to go to sleep mode if the car was not on just as a precaution. BMW told me to collect the care and to monitor and come back if there were any further issues so they woudl take it up with Battery Centre again. Suddenly 2 days later BMW calls to say that I must remember that as they couldnt find anything wrong it is because i am not driving enough and must drive each week a good distance (she mentioned twice is must be more than 60kms/trip) to ensure the battery charges or I must buy a trickle charger to charge the battery. I was very VERY upset and argued why after 11 years of the same driving suddenly now, when this battery change is under warranty, that I now get this arb call? Its seemed to me that they were "covering their ****s" to put it plainly. They argued that my car is old and newer tech doesnt hold the same problems. But then how have I survived 11 years on the 'old tech' and never had an issue? I argued that there are many families that have BMWs that the wife uses to drive their kids to school and back and pop down to the shops so they then shouldnt be driving BMW's if their daily mileage is too low? Perhaps I should warn them thereof on FB or something as surely this must be highlighted to thoise using their cars for local driving. I was then told they (BMW) are not making excuses so I asked them outright... so if my car continues giving battery problems under this waranty what would they do if I brought it back like they said I could. The answer --- I would need to pay as I dont drive enough. I ended saying I will trade my car in on another brand and that BMW will never have me as a client again. They had just confirmed that they are covering their ****s. They didnt seem to care. Clearly they have enough Corporte and Government business to not worry about the normal person. I am livid.. For me? BMW doesnt care anymore. They can keep their shining upmarket offices and cappucinos... I would rather have a brand that cares for the individual and doesnt look for excuses.
Bought a Defy dishwasher about a year ago. I was always a Bosch fan but wanted to save money. Proved to be such a bad idea. Suddenly I have water pouring out over the floor so called Defy out. The problem was explained to them that water is leaking on operation and is now flooding the floor. Days later nothing. I am told they have so many calls they cant cope (Really? Alarm bells are now ringing) Finally after throwing my toys out, a technician comes. He asks me what the problem is so I say "but it was detailed when the complaint was looged' so I tell him the issue again. He takes a look and says its the drainage hose. Completely brittle and leaking in multiple places. Krap Quality clearly. I said cool, can you replace it please (still under warranty). Oh no he says, I need to order the hose and see if we have! I asked how long that would take. Note that Defy service centre is around the corner from me.. He says he doesnt know but will call me monday to let me know. I asked why, knowing the problem, didnt he at least have some basic parts or just go back and fetch the hose. "We dont work like that. We come to investigate (that takes days) then will see if we have parts (more days) and then we schedule to come back (yet more days). What a complete waste of time, petrol and labour. I will NEVER buy DEFY again. Back to Bosch thats reliable and quality and you can count on them every time. Its so worth it. With Defy its "you get what you pay for". In the long run buying quality is cheaper and lasts with out these 'migraines'.
Always bought kreepy Krauly products but no longer. My latest was the hug bug pro. Was great for one year and then the problems started. Works for a month or 2 and then it needs more attention. 2 sets of tracks later and tune up kits etc and I even bought new kreepy krauly hoses... at prices that will make you vomit.... but nothing gets it going. Loaned a friends other brand. No problem, worked straight away. So if you buy this, know its for a year or 1 1/2 years at most and then DONT spend any more money on the dam thing, Throw it out... 'Ive moved to another brand! Im done with Kreep Krauky.

Getting no refund despite numerous emails whihc they dont bother to respond to. Dont waste your energy buying from them. Nightmare to get a refund but quick to take your money.
Cannot get any response from them... Want to return an item but since my email I cannot get anyone to answer. They also now dont take phonecalls... very convenient. Buy from them at your own peril!! You have been warned... Terrible service!!!
The worst company ever! If I could give them -10 I would!! Be aware that they falsely advertised their products (stoves) are A energy rating and it’s false. I have solar and specifically researched for an A rated oven. This on their main international website. After installing the documents left by the electrician showed a B rating. All attempts to make contact on their website was fruitless. Thankfully I took screen shots and have emails as proof of their deceit. The local agent Arclik, distributes Defy and Grundig and it took countless phone calls to speak to someone (Shanie) who promised to sort it out only to then be be on sick leave and never came back to me… ever! I told them I needed it sorted out as I was going into hospital the next day. Then Spoke to Innocent who had absolutely zero understanding or empathy. Also promised to call back… never did despite trying to get hold of him again. When asked to speak to management he told us he would go higher and come back to us… it’s now a week later. Nothing. Now I hear this is everyone’s experience:(. Then Suddenly they changed some of the specs on the website… so devious but I’m not leaving it there. Once I have recovered I will be taking this to the Consumer Council so no one else is ever ripped off again. These people have ripped off good hard working people people by lying about their products. Others have warned about their non-existent service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR PRODUCTS…. Please!!! You have been warned!!! Bosch has an A rating… and very reliable.. go with them instead!!! I should have…
Worked with Phumla Magagula and received outstanding service and communication from her. Swift acceptance of quote and payment. Excellent in every way. Thank you Phumla!!
Absolutely Terrible service and response from Builders Warehouse online. NEVER use them please. Save yourself the heartache. The vouchers don't work and you struggle and fight to get your money back. No communication and absolute shocking after sales service. They honestly DO NOT CARE.
