I rented my property through HourCourts, and the tenant caused significant damages and took items that do not belong to her, claiming she donated them to charity. The company tried reaching out to her via email, but I never received any update on whether they were able to contact her or recover my property. It has been 19 days since the tenant left, and everyone has gone completely quiet, as if nothing happened. Unfortunately, the company has not provided any support in resolving this issue. I cannot recommend renting through this service based on my experience.

Ever since we started using Mafadi as our managing agent a few years ago, a lot of changes have happened. They are always willing to assist their clients in getting issues resolved.
I have never received such bad service from you ever. This is totally unacceptable at all.
I would like to give you all people a breakdown on the bad service i have received from Rawson Properties. I purchased a property with them and when i went to view the property i liked it but it had a few issues with it that need to be fixed which i asked the agent to ask the owner to give me a discount. The owner agreed to give a discount. Upon moving in on the day i moved in i was handed the keys by the maintenance guy which was very surprising me to as to why this was done. I went through the property alone to see if the previous tenant had left the property in an good state and all the plugs & stove where working. Boom to my surprise the house was filthy dirty. Light bulbs where missing stove was tripping. I went on to inform the Agent about this and he told me he will come through and replace the bulbs and went on to tell me i could have easily gone to builders to get the bulbs and replace them myself. The money he has spent in getting them he could have bought me flowers to say congratulations. lol dude. A day later i told him the stove in having issues and he told me he will get someone to come and fix it but the person hasn't come through 5 days later still no stove and no communication or what is happening??? I then ask him to ask the owner of the property to replace the stove and he tells me the owner does not have money to get me a stove wow black child you are on your own basically. The agent has got his commission and he has nothing to do with me basically. I get it i'm black so i get to be disrespected because if it was another white person they would have replaced the stove in a heartbeat no questions asked. I get it Rawson Properties this is how you treat your customers. Steve Biko was 100% right when he said black child you are on your own. Seeing that the agent said its just F stove I was so kind enough to ask them to ask the owner to at least meant me half way in replacing the stove so that we are both happy and move on with our lives on a clean note because in this life you never know how tables turn we might need each other. My advice to other blacks out there wanting to do business with Rawson Properties please don't do business with them if you don't want to be disappointed. I honestly regret doing business with them because wow have never been undermined like this in my life as a black person. Racisms is really real. Trust and believe me. I will be doing a blog soon giving you all a run down on this mess.
I am very disappointed by the service i have received from CTM Northriding. They have the worst service one could think of. I sent an email on the 9TH of Jan 2021 but haven't received any feedback. When you call them they seem to not know what you're talking about. If the staff does not want to work they should make way for other people that want to work out there because this is so frustrating to be treated like this. The store Manager does not know what she's talking about.
I just wanted to log a complaint. I have sent so many emails to the manager by the name of Moleboheng Sekoala to check if she received the payment did and she hasn't come back to me. Its been a week now with no response. When you call the office you are told she is working from home and they cannot give out her mobile number. What rubbish is this honestly. I send emails to her and she doesn't respond. Please assist me with getting someone to sort out this issue ASAP.
I called them to find out about the statements which they send through which do not open but they never answer their calls. I went on to send an email to Lera Lehong to call me for 2 weeks now who still hasn't called me. This is really frustrating as its very difficult to get hold of their accounts department.
