Ordered express delivery on the 10th January for my child's school books. Called store - no delivery. Sent email - no response Called the call centre - absolutely useless. Two weeks later - still no books
Must underage daughter is being harassed by the call centre - I have sent a complaint to them and I was told they would stop calling but the calls continue while she is in school.
CBISA Earle Whiteley & SABBA Earle Whiteley, the owner of CBISA (Conservation of Butterflies in South Africa) www.cbisa.co.za, SABBA (South African Butterfly Breeding Associations)and www.butterflywedding.co.za. is a **** and can not be trusted. He took over R2500, delivered half a kit with half the agreed butterflies and the gave false tracking details. After all of the lave died - he promised to deliver live butterflies. Again false tracking number and ghosted me. This was for my sisters wedding. No refund just dead bugs.

Placed a holding deposit of R5k on car on 10 March 2025 Purchased vehicle on 12 March 2025 Holding deposit was not included in paperwork. Was told it would be refunded. Multiple visits, whatsapps and emails - no refund! Never mind the R25k worth of issues found in the first 10 days. A fight to get resolved.
Spent R16k on extended warranty on 12 march. Not been initiated Have a claim that has come up unexpectedly and no authorization is being given. Stuck without vehicle for 2 days and counting. No feedback
Debit order on contract loaded for 28th - they have decided to move to the 26th and then tell me I'm in arrears. unacceptable. Call centre useless - I now have to log a call to the contract to be loaded back to the 28th
My husband hasn’t been to the gym since before Covid. We have tried to cancel or settle the membership for the last 3 years. We keep getting promised that if he pays a R750 fee his membership will be renewed and he can carry on paying the monthly installment. We Cant get this confirmation emailed to us. The call centre keeps on calling and we have explained the situation numerous times. Please can someone assist. Either we need to pay the R750 and he can resume his membership or cancel and he can go to another gym. He Cant pay for a service he’s not receiving and he can’t access the gym.
I got a useless sms from Advtech saying that I owe school fees from 2020 - my children had left the school at the end of 2020. No answer from the land line The credit controllers email address is incorrect and no other contact details A week later I get a vague call how they will send me a statement as it's pre-legal. Literally ZERO correspondence from them in years. Still no statement. I now need to go back 4 years to try and reconcile the account. What the hell? Useless school and the holding company is shocking!
I have been trying to close my account for 2 months. You get pushed from pillar to post. I have called the call centre numerous times - you just get transferred to another department and then the call drops. In the meantime I'm getting snotty emails about the account being overdrawn with bank fees. So you cant close the account and you cant get the bank charges reversed.
