On sunday the 8th of March i visited the Ackerman's Middelburg mall and has to say i was really not happy with the service they provided us . The staff on the floor were so not helpful and unbothered . Even when you went to ask information from they are were so bored and not welcoming and not helpful . The customer service there is appalling
Never had any problems with my 1 life policy, they quite good with their follow up procedure and trusting them with my kid's future makes sense.

Good day I am really angry and frustrated by bonitas. I was referred to clinix tshepo themba toattorney because my medical aid failed to pay intime. I called the hospital and they confirmed that the account was not paid for by my medical aid. | immediately went to my profile only to find two more delayed payments .
Good morning <br> <br> This is of true disappointment and failure from ABSA , a bank that i have banked with for over 5 years to have debit going off my account without my knowledge and having no one able to explain such information to me . Its been a while now i have been receiving debit from credit life without my approval . Its now came to be the last resort to send this query via Hello peter with the hope that i will receive my refund for all the payments from this company .I am really angry and disgusted by the service provided by Absa .

To whom it concern <br> <br> It really hard to even start talking about my disappointment with African bank , I have been running around for over two years now and no1 seem to be able to help me .I took out a loan two years back and was able to finish off before the specified time .When I took the loan I was advised of the insurance for the loan and the credit card which is mandatory to be paid every month .<br> Ever since I finished the loan and the credit card payment the R23 for the cover is still being deducted from my account to date .I went to African backs in JHB cbd, Maponya , jabulani mall, dobsonville ,evaton and midrand still nothing was done .I am really frustrated and want all my money credited back to me from African bank .<br> <br>
I hate Bonitas ,with every part of me .It has made me a fool and still continues doing that .i cant take it anymore because i am now frequently receiving calls and emails from debt recovery agencies because of bills outstanding from them for January and last year .Don't know what more am i suppose to say to them or tell them but this time i am really and extremely angry with them
Hi <br> I am not sure I know where to start , but it's really devastating to have to write this to you because you were one company I believed in so so much. I gave birth last year in august at mediclin and a month later my daughter was admitted with complaints to her chest and was admitted at clinic lesedi (Soweto).after the registration of my daughter with the medical aid I had a problem when in hospital because they said she was not registered and I contacted de medical aid and was told the birth certificate was not clear after I experienced that problem .After numerous calls they fixed that registration issue but sadly to this day I still receive claim fro0m all the doctors that were supposed to be paid by Bonitas .They even taking me to ITC because Bonitas keeping making promises to pay only a month later to get a letter or call from the legal team of those doctors requesting payment .<br> In January this year I upgraded my aid to a higher one because I still had faith and love for the company but to this day claims that were submitted to them in Jan after the upgrade were not paid .I am so so angry after the patience I had with the company by far .Some doctors from my daughters admis
Good day <br> <br> I am really angry with king price, I contacted this company early January with the hope of finding out more about car insurance and all.I was looking to buy a car at the time and i sign up with them however after unforeseen circumstances the car was way to expensive for me to afford i then went back to king price and explain that i will not be going through with the car sale so they should please and kindly cancel that contract because i wont be taking that service with then.To this day i don't have a car but still they keep debiting me for insurance i don't have and don't use .I phone then numerous time but nothing has been done however i am getting sales calls from this .this is really bad costumer service and wouldn't even advise anyone to do business with them.I hope they help me because i have so much need for that R1271.95 they debited on my account .
