E-BUCKS - FROZEN - NO Assistance from FNB
E-BUCKS - please update and continue my E-bucks. I had e-bucks for many years but over the past 3 months it had got frozen. Numerous mails & calls made but NO help. I have many accounts with FNB over many years. Should I change my Bank?

FNB Law on Call [LoC] - DISGUSTING SERVICE - Very Regretable
FNB Law on Call [LoC]. What a REGRET taken out this FNB Law on Call which I pay R130.00 pm over 5 years and they cannot answer their phones nor be of assistance. What a regret? Numerous times tried calling but NO Success?? As for having many accounts with FNB, they are very quick to charge R105.00 for a bounce debit order, even if U are 1 cent short????

Disgusting Services from Dischem Jhb
Good day, I received my monthly chronic medication from Dischem in Jhb Alberton. Numerously they do not pack the full request as per script emailed via the Doctor or me but charges the medical FULL amt of +-R2000.00. During this month of January 2025, I received 2 calls from Dischem confirming my medication. It was to be delivered as previously on 07/01/25 but never happened. Dischem invoiced Discovery Full for this medication as I viewed it on the system. Ain't this *****. Invoicing without delivery. Same as if I had to walk out of Dischem of an item, I would be allocated to the police station even if it was a R1 item but this is R2000??? Where is the responsibility of this huge Franchise?? Can they be trusted??? This would be put onto "Hello Peter" to be viewed of the Responsibility & Trustworthiness of DISCHEM !! Leedhur Singh (109477940) 083 272 5432

Illiterate staff employed by Dischem Head Office
Most Illiterate staff employed by Dischem Head Office. 3 calls were made to me in respect of delivery to my Chronic medication today 07/01/25 with my wife's medication. My wife's medication was delivered but mine NOT. Why does Dischem employ **** Heads like this with insufficient education??? Very annoying to receive numerous calls by Idiots but cannot fulfill clients request I thought Clicks was Bad with my monthly medication to the value of R2000.00 pm 083 272 5432

Refusal of Annual Leave 2-3 days before Closure of Company by Owner for 2 weeks
I am a client with FNB Law on Call for many years. Here I ask them for Legal advice in terms of Management rejecting me Leave, Bringing a point of " it will create a president" Unfortunately I can only see and make a call that week. In conclusion, your leave is still not approved. I had given more than 6 months' notice, so as I am an Estimator where it's very quiet at that time. Manager / Owner [1 Man Owned] ask of me to assisting the factory.

Gimmick of OUTsurance of beating other Insurance Policies
Gimmick of OUTsurance of beating other Insurance Policies. Payout of R500 or R1500 if cannot be beaten. I requested a quote from OUTsurance but they cannot beat my present policy. Is this a LIE ? Numerous Calls and E-mails sent to Metropolitan to check on the STATUS of Existing Policies which is 10yrs old. No Answer or Holding for too long or Staff being illiterate not understanding my request.
