Do not bother adding a phone number when booking. They do not use it to let you know they are moving trip on by 2 hours. Then argue and are rude when you complain. Worst service ever
I have been trying to cancel 3 Vox business accounts since March 2023. My key account holder at Vox has done absolutely nothing to help me. I have emailed, phoned , begged, thrown tantrums, pleaded. Nothing helps. My bank accounts were just deboted month after month. Brenton said he had habnded it over to cancellations and a full refund would be given........ To date NOTHING, NO REFUND, NO COMMUNICATION

Fault 476CTK260917. I have had no Internet or phone line for almost 3 weeks now. I am unable to run my business like this! Contractors installing storm water pipes for the municipality chopped the lines off. It took more than a week for a technician to come out and connect them, but he did such a shoddy job and my LINE IS STILL NOT WORKING. I have logged several faults and nothing comes of it. Perhaps I should pay my account with the same lack of enthusiasm
I have repeatedly called the number supplied by MTN to confirm whether both my daughters phones have been insured as only one daughter received 2 sms saying her device was insured. After a week of frustration as the call is ended before speaking to anyone I decided to go the email route on 8 September . All response I got was that my query would be attended to confirmation of insurance reference [#10768168] I emailed again and STILL HAVE NO REPLY. It's been a month now and I would really like to know if insurance was activated on both devices.Service is pathetic

I already have 4 job numbers for my 2 month old phone and today I will have to take it in for the 5th time. Maybe I should rather just try the consumer commisioner as vodacom cannot repair it and don't want to replace it. I AM FED UP. I have 12 contracts with vodacom, 2 are due for renewal now and guess what? I will over the next 2 years stop dealing with vodacom
Upgraded contract 21 may. Days later my Samsumg s6 started dropping calls. I thought this was network related, until phone kept ringing after connected and speaking to the other person. On 15 June phone was booked for repairs. Was returned 24 June. The \main circuit board"had been replaced. I turned it on at home and discovered the camera was not working. I left for a 3 week holiday the next morning and was unable to take it back. On 21 July I took the phone back. On 27 July I received a message to say phone was ready for collection.Upon arrival at the store I was given a tax invoice to sign and my phone was given to me. i asked the lady to insert my sim to test the phone before I left. The invoice showed the engineers report saying 1) RNR 2) customer to request a samsung account. I asked what RNR was to be told my phone was \""wiped\"" The phone wouldn't turn on and she gave it to technical guy who suggested I take it to SAMSUNG! I am paying Vodacom "
