Stay away from the online promotion or specials Cosave Powebuilt runs online. Firstly I bought a product online and when I went to the store in Hercules I was told it's out off stock although the add said in-stock, I made a scene and was told they will sort it out, later I phoned and was told they have stock I can come collect, what a surprise I was presented with the wrong item a smaller item and the saleslady actually tried convincing me it's the item on promotion, I showed her a photo of the add, and the item that was bought online. Then I was told they can refund me or I must wait for new stock month end, I decided to wait as the product I bought was really a bargain price so much so that I was warned by a Ingco salesman it's a marketing **** they want you in-store and then say sorry it's out off stock but there'salways something else. He actually told me they can not buy that saw for cost at the advertised special price. What a surprise when I received a email today after waiting for 3-4 weeks, sorry the item is not available and I need to supply them with my detail for a refund. It's seems impossible they supply ingco tools but can not get me my saw that is paid for a month ago no tool anywhere in stock. What a ****
If I could I would have given 0. Cellfast garden sprinklers and accessories in my opinion was great and I thought the same as Gardena untill I bought them and asked for the other part off the sprinkler. I bought a Pulsating / Impact sprinkler not even sure what the correct name is as there's different names. The sprinkler came alone that showed me it needs a peg where the hosepype plugs into, I could not get a peg anywhere in Builders so asked the garden dep. and was told we don't sell them loose anymore although we used to. I then phoned Storm Distributiins the importers of cellfast that kept me busy for 2 days trying to get the right techn. to contact me and when she did, what a disaster. I was told by this person they only import that part of the sprinkler as it's made to be connected next to 2 other sprinklers I started laughing she clearly had no idea what it is and that was the technician. At the end I told her so "you tel me Storm imports sprinklers without pegs so can not be used correctly unless you make your own plans" she rep**** "yes sir sorry about that but we don't supple pegs for that sprinkler." Servive I never expected
I bought a 2.0 Soundbar and low and behold switched it off one day and just never came back on. Please believe me you do not get after sale service from JBL, they sent me from pillar to post and at one Audio and TV repair shop the owner laughed as I walked in with my JBL box, he said JBL never have spares to have the units fixed he didn't even want to give me a quote. The JBL repair agents Mastercare in Centurion, which JBL sent me to had a R150 book in fee, no problem, then if they give me a quote and I do not except another R680 what a joke, so lets say its true JBL do not have spares to repair the units, they can give a quote of R2k and you will unaccept as it's just to expensive so they know they will make money... Made contact with JBL again and said they will investigate with Mastercare... Really why not ask me to get their own product and see if they can have it fixed...
Stay away from mweb struggling 3 days now to get help one call after the other for 30min a time just to be cut off every time. Now I decided to cancel mweb fibre that is made impossible no one can help and every site they give you to do that does not work. Never again mweb what a waste...
I have never in my life met a bigger lier and thief than Martin Viljoen the owner of H&M Auto Service Pretoria. My Merc is with him now for more than 1 year 6 months after I had to pay him up front for work he claimed he did and never did now he does not have the money or means of fixing my vehicle. Will cost me court cases and attorney fees now to get my vehicle that he is hiding somewhere on a farm... I need to get another mechanic to redo work paid for. No wonder his number keeps on changing and his work address as well... Stay as far away from this man as possible
I phoned Vodacom a few times for upgrades. I was told by some consultants that the Note 20 Ultra is discontinued so they can not upgrade me and the Fold was to expensive for me. Then I was phoned by a 3rd party number that displayed Vodacom upgrades. The consultant told me he could still get me the Note 20 Ultra so I was confused and was afraid it's a scam. I asked him to email me the contract and phone me back later to just have a look at details. I phoned Vodacom again and they informed me it is one of their 3rd party upgrades agents. He never phoned me back in a weeks time. I then called Vodacom 2021-12-13 to ask why their 3rd party company can get me one and they can't, the consultant said no he can get me one and explained something about absolute devices but the Note 20 they can still get me within 3- 5 days. He went through the whole contract even sent me the email and sms's. I then received a sms later stating there are no stock and will be contacted as soon as they receive. The next morning it bothered me so I phoned back and was told Vodacom will never receive stock of the Note 20 again and was told some consultants does this to show their sales so then the customers just keeps on calling and calling back to enquire but never receive their phone . This is ridiculous for such a big company to allow this they must be able to see this trend going on now I was told the specific consultant will call me back to cancel this contract and look for a suitable device with I can not afford as the only other device close to the Note was the Fold at almost double the price ridiculous... Please think about upgrading if there are no stock.

I thought may they didn't receive it so tried myself, emailed them on officeadmin@bluestrata.biz 10th Jan at 17:29 explaining the issue and even attached photos and videos. My girl told me they will not reply and by the 14th not receiving even a acknowledgment on my mail I phoned the number 083 402 5233 at 08:51 and spoke to Manuel. I asked to speak to the Principal and he asked if he could maybe help what is this about. I started to explain the issue and he said "o yes wait a min I've seen this complaint mmmm Mr. Miles" so obviously he read the mail. He then started reading from my mail and I said ok I can see you received my mail as you are reading from it could you not just acknowledge the mail and that you are attending to my complaint, I said how do you do business and treat your clients if you don't even acknowledge a mail. He then told me he will get Dr. van Stratan the Principal to contact me and low and behold it's the 17th already no mail no phone call why go to a Property Agent if they do not acknowledge your complaints are you as client not important enough.
Max at CIT I went to look for a good affordable and cheap helmet at so many shops. Until you speek to Max at CIT you wil not have an idea how important the right size is. He was busy with someone on the floor and as he saw me immediately acknowledged me and after assisting them came to me. Never in my life did I receive more professional and knowledgeable help from anyone. Please keep it up. I never realized the importance of a perfect fit helmet, but as he explained to me and tested different sizes to give me the perfect helmet I was amazed just by the difference you feel not even to talk about your safety.
