I submitted my complaint on the 6th March with regards to their bad service especially accounts/finance. Person from Complaints and Escalations promised to escalate and give feedback .Until now nothing happend and I checked my status on the App,its not updated They are quick to hand over clients but they cant do their own job.they will take you from pillar to post Sibonisile I am waiting
My Mum has an account with JET,the last time she bought with the account was 2023.Untill now yue account does not decrease .When I add all the amounts paid since then it's over R7000. Every month she is paying over R600 everymonth for the passed 3 years . She is 84 sickly and they keep on harassing her demanding her to pay.Why is the account/amount not decreasing. OR there is someone using the account just like when there was someone was buying data with her account while she does not even use data Jet please why are you treating your customers so bad..My mum is very old to be stressed by your agents When is the amount going to decrease and end
I settled my account on the 15th of December, until now Finance did not updated their records, they are sending me same statement repeatedly saying I am owing. Its frustrating because even when you call them they play dumb can't they trace my records through reference number .Yesterday I send another email enquiring if they've updated my records. THEY SEND ME THE SAME STATEMENT again saying I must settle my account Metrofibre really what what is so difficult to reconcile and update.
Jet store id bully, incompetence, rude, sharks, *****ster, My mom just found out that there are 4 deductions of data on her account from 2018 August until current. Someone from Jet Sore is benefiting with x4 data every month (x2R78 and x2R49) for 7 years. And deductions of Hollard too. That my mom never approved. Email was sent to Jet using the email given by Agent. Instead of them responding the call and threaten that she will be handed over. For full 2 years she has been paying but the amount does not decrease, but increases I have requested them to send us the full statement with payment records for 2 years, they don't instead the threaten my old sickly mom - And when are they going to refund the money used to buy data for 7 years - What are they going to do with the person who benefitted with that data -
Rain promised to respond with my query I submitted on the 26th Oct Today it's the 6th Nov no respond .tried calling .,talked to +_agent they are teljn gthe daw story and Rain has the audacity to go and remove the statement the was non my folder and change the dates too late I have copies.And I am not going to leave this You are ****** .
I canceled their contract I had with them for over 2 years. Contacted them on the 5 September noticing that I am terminating my contract which was pay as you go .I paid them on the 22 September for September .while my contract was ending on the 30 September. On the 30 September midnight the withdrew their services .on the 25th October they debited me for services they did not render .I called them .the agent said the debit order its for September. It's the second that they are deducting R99 from my bank account .that I don't know about
