This my second time being in an unfortunate situation to require Discovery insurance. Fortunately I'm insured with the right company. My car was writen off and I was assisted seamlessly. Maybe I was a bit impatient seeing it was my first time being in an accident but I was informed of every step along the way. Theres too many to thank but they who they are. I had 9 valid trips which totaled 25kms. One of the trips resulted in a single red star because I decided to drive 1km at 11pm. This is ridiculous, all my previous trips are 5 stars and only required one 1km 1-star trip to throw my monthly average out. I tried reaching reaching out via Facebook numerous times and received the same auto response yet no one reached out to me.
I ordered a smart device which is not being going to be delivered on the agreed time. I have been advised that my smart device will be delivered tomorrow yet it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I doubt this will even reach me by this week. I have used your service before and had nothing but good service. Your call center agents and email support has no idea if my parcel has left the warehouse yet. Your agent is altering the dates on her email as she is 100 percent sure it won't be delivered in time. I mean this is the second week and we're past 5 working days. Please come back to me with answers.
Don't take a contract with Telkom out with the idea of keeping your number. I'm waiting now a couple of days after being promised my contract will activate on my exisiting prepaid Telkom number. I'm still waiting. been to three different stores hoping i would get somone comptent. Called the call centre daily and spamming the chat team for assistance. The Facebook team ignored me immediately after discovering the difficulty of my queryso no one wants do this simple request. Simply port my existing prepaid number to my contract. I don't need two numbers.
I spent more than an hour trying to get through to Edgars Moova Money. My call was dropped twice by agents. I purchased a Telkom airtime like I always do almost every month for the last year. Yesterday I have not received my voucher via SMS. I tried re-sending the SMS without any success which led me to the next step, calling Moova. I tried calling the call centre the whole morning and I'm back to square one. When i finally got through the agent didn't really know what she was doing. How can you offer a service if there's no one to assist you when you have a problem? All I want is my voucher that's added to my account to be sent to me and I'll promise to never inconvenience your system again.
I tried cancelling my bank account this weekend at your Atlantis branch. According to the agent I'm won't able to cancel my Capitec Savings account because my bank card expired. Are you serious? Why do I have to pay for a new bank card only to cancel it 2 minutes. I'm currently banking with FNB and lost my card and could do normal banking for 2 weeks using my phone without any hassle. I moved away from Capitec because of unnecessary red tape, up until the very end you guys don't disappoint.
I have no idea RIGHT COVER ONLINE/Affiliate.co.za until you deducted an amount from my bank account. Please revert the money back into my account including back charges. This is outright fraud and I expect response within today still. You have my details.
