I recently had an amazing experience with the customer service representative Celeste at Exclusive Auto car sales. From start to finish, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and helpfulness Celeste had to offer. When I first called, I was greeted with a friendly and upbeat voice, which set the tone for the rest of my interaction. Celeste listened attentively to my requirements and went above and beyond to find a solution. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always had a positive attitude, making me feel valued as a customer. Celeste kept me updated throughout the process and made sure to follow up with me to ensure that my needs were met. She showed a genuine care for my satisfaction and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I received that I felt compelled to write this review. <p>Velociti called me on the 21 Oct 2016 claiming they are MTN direct and that my contract was eligible for an Upgrade. which i am aware of... i spoke to Pamela from the call centre and she proclaimed that they are not a 3rd party company and they from MTN direct. only to find after doing the upgrade they have sent me the wrong phone on the 31 Oct 2016. i called MTN direct ********** 667 and was advised by Lalisha Munien that my contract is with Velociti and not MTN. ref no is ********** 54 and she gave me the details of Velociti. called Velociti on ********** and spoke to Veeran who is as rude as hell. advised that they cannot cancel 1st until i asked to speak to a manager of which i was advised that they cannot speak to the public. i wonder why are they managers then. eventually my wife called as the contract is on her name and after numerous phone calls the id**t Veeran sed that he will cancel the upgrade and arrange for the phone to be collected. She asked for a ref no yesterday and Veeran didnt have 1 yesterday. she called MTN deliveries ********** 491 spoke to amanda this morning and was advised that she needs a IMEI no or ref no from Velociti. Called Velociti again, this morning 01 Nov and was advised that the ref no is UV ********** ... called RTT Collections dept ********** and was then told to speak to MTN for them to arrange collection.</p> <p>called MTN ********** 564 spoke to zama gave her all the information that she needed and she couldnt assist.</p> <p>I then called the MTN call centre 808 spoke to Thato and was ever so grateful for his help. Wish MTN had more people like him that strive to assist. my reference no was REQ- ********** and in turn asked me to call ********** </p> <p>Lastly i called MTN Head office thinking i would definetley get help instead spoke to Gloria Shumba to only find out that she is just like most other MTN call centre agents "Useless"</p> <p> </p> <p>i am on the verge of cancelling my contract </p>
