Takelot critical crash incident report
Driver crashed into my car - went to the police and got an affidavit from both me and the driver dressed in attire. Sent various emails with details of their driver that caused tremendous damage to my vehicle - they now claim that they do not have a driver by the name or id of the guilty party as sent by us and very frustrating with this low class response and delayed process in fixing the damage with pictures that were attached as well as the time and date of the incident!!! It's highly unlikely for 2 drivers dressed in the takealot attire and driving with to the police station and not acknowledging the damage and trauma caused to vehicle - we will not hesitate to take further actions with clear correspondence if the matter is not resolved ASAP. 75% sale
spent an hour and half at the store between financial services and wanting to make use of the 75% sale in store. an hour later I was asked by the cashier that I should go and fine another LEVI denim that the one I had didn't have a tag, bar code of whatsoever intact. they refused to keep the item and promised to contact me, which makes me furious! even the supervisor couldn't trace the item on their system! BAD

Dragged out appearance trial date in Childrens matter
I have submitted an Application in the Bellville Childrens court months ago for a trial date and till today they haven't provided us with any dates thusfar. It's very unusual to be dragging out a very very urgent matter concerning a minor daughter. The court process is extremely slow and not assisting with regards to the best interest of the child who's in the middle of primary care and voice of the child.

BONITAS BONCAP JOKE
I have since joining the Boncap option 3 years ago not had as much as a call with regards to cover and termination of cover on Boncap option, which I legally still qualify for. It's shocking that they recently emailed me my TAX CERTIFICATE for end of financial year. This is a JOKE - not being covered for medical aid has left met with huge financial distress!

R365 Kleine De Zalze Brut at Route 44 Market.
We've always visited the market regularly since they first started. They've just recently opened again, was super excited to see their new renovated venue. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The price of Kleine Zalze MCC @R365 for 1 bottle of which sells at not more than R159 per bottle at retail price!!! The bar lady (opened the bottle before telling us the price) and informed of very pricey price that I wouldn't have paid more than R200 for! This is a market and local Stellenbosch wine farm (5 mins) away. Will never go back again!

DISCOVERY FAILS MEDICAL COVER
I have applied for medical aid cover 16th November 2020 through Hippo service provider and completed forms.I have supplied all relevant information that was required to ensure cover from December 2020. I again sent email on 05th January 2021 to follow up why I haven't had feedback etc. A lot was promised and still to this day I am still not covered by Discovery Health and will hold them accountable for medical expenses should any arise from date as was promised. This is almost as bad as previous medical service provider that was with.

Went to Woolworths to purchase towel special (buy any 2 towels and get 25% off). After a lenghty process decided on beach towels, very colourfull! Got to the till and didn't scan 25% off - teller came back after talking to management. ONLY ONLINE PURCHASES QUALIFY FOR 25%. REDICULOUS!

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER FOR GATED COMMUNITIES. THE SUPERVISORS LACK KNOLEDGE AND NEVER RETURN YOU CALLS. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND STILL ZERO INTERNET YET ANOTHER BILL!!!!! ALMOST R7000.00 LATER SINCE SIGNING UP END OCTOBER 2019 FOR R820.00PM CONTRACT. THEY ARE USELESS AND THIS COVERS ALL!!! U HAVE RECORDED CALLS... NIN RETURNED EMAILS... ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF CALLS FROM MY MOBILE TO OUR GATED COMMUNITY "SERVICE PROVIDERS"... EXCEPT NO SERVICE AND NO PRODUCT. MAKES ME SICK AT LEAST MY PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE AND I CAN GO TO BED AT NIGHT. MY BIGGEST REGRET IS FOR TRUSTING ALL YOUR SUGAR COATED PROMISES AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN TECHNICAL/ACCOUNT/MANAGEMENT LEVEL.

I'VE GONE TO VERY GREAT LENGHTS FOR 3 MONTHS WITH ZERO SUCCESS. FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER PROMISED TO APPOINT PRIVATE ATTORNEY FROM THEIR PANEL TILL ZERO STILL TO THIS DAY. LEAVING MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE, EMAIL AFTER EMAIL. NO LUCK THIS IS URGENT HIGH COURT MATTER IN DURBAN AND I'M ACTUALLY LOSING ALL MY HOPES DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
