Lenmed Ethekwini hospital accounts department is the worst. I paid them co-payment R9600 and its now almost 6weeks that I am awaiting my refund cos they overcharged. Please people be aware of this kind of don't care attitude wen it comes to refunding ur own money.
Worst company in processing payment even after i submit ALL documents. I am now waiting for almost 6weeks for payment but timeously my account is debited every month....NO DELAYS

The accounts department is a failure in processing refunds cos of the slackness. I am awaiting my refund for over three weeks and they seem to have a don't care attitude. In my opinion unacceptable service and poor management

On the 23 June 2025 i submitted my Gap cover claim then 11 days after the 23 June they sent an email asking for two documents that was emailed on the 23 June 2025. I then resent the documents and NEVER heard from them again. Be aware they are EXTREMELY slow to process claims even after receiving ALL required documents. Their service is unacceptable and their marketing does NOT meet they processing time. Extremely disappointed.
My recent query with Case number: 50443965 was amicably resolved and now i await my refund as per the bank statement. Mr Bila Gordon was very professional in the way he handled my case. I now hope that the amount due to me will be paid into my bank account. I have emailed the bank with my refund request
i only disccovered two weeks ago that i was ********** for over 4years by being charged R240 pm for service fees (40+100+100) every month. i wrote to standard bank and response i have two cards CREDIT CARD AND GARAGE CARD. Firstly i never owned a garage card ever secondly i have not had a credit card for over 5years. I sent an email about this being reversed and refunded and had no response as yet. I advice all to check their statement and see what they charging for in terms of service fees. THIS IS A *******! PLEASE BE AWARE AND TAKE ACTION
