A Bunch of ****s & *****'s!! I have been to the store on the 20/03/2024 I have purchased a bumper slide for a Jetta 6 2012. they did not have the part in stock which it was ordered and delivered to me on the 21st or 22nd of March. all good and well. my car went to the panel beater who then stripped the bumper and confirmed that the slide was the Right hand side and i have clearly ordered a left. i have made contact with Theo who has assisted me on the 3/04/2024 to advise of the above, i have reqeusted for a refund as per Theo it was out of the 7 day period and a refund cannot be issued. i agreed and said ok please get me the right part and come and swap it for me.... FROM THE 3rd OF APRIL 2024 every single day when i call them (WITH MY AIRTIME) Theo is arranging a pick up of the part, maybe the driver is lost or what but it has been 19 days and he is still coming to me.... oh Sorry his on the way! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY, they are quick to take your money but after sales is pathetic!

Purchased a TV from Game Trade Route mall. Jan 04 had a issue the 1st time where i was sold a used TV - I went back to the store and a new TV was delivered. 24 of jan TV started giving issues where i went to the store and informed them. they called me on the 27th Jan to get the slip and serial number and advised that they will send out a tech...... TO date no one has made contact with me..... i called the store yesterday Mr Moosa store manager is on leave , Spoke to the other store manager Emely who called me back and while i am advising her that her 21 days for refund will be ending on the 14th Feb an I will bring the TV back. which is going to cost me money as I don't have a big enough vehicle to bring it to the store. she is RUDE and ARROGANT as if i am the one who is wrong..... I will be at ur store on the 14th of Feb 2022 to deliver your TV and i want a FULL CASH REFUND i do not wish to do business with GAME Below is my e mail sent to the store manager - NO REPONSE. Good day Mr Moosa, Hope that my e mail finds you well. My e mail refers to my visit to your store on the 24th January 2022 – Advising you that the TV Purchased from your store early Jan is faulty, and you took down my details to log a call with your techs. As per our discussion – you will have a tech out to me within a few days to have this matter resolved, today is the 09/02/2022 (16 days later) and still no one has come out to come and have a look at the TV, the TV now is worst then what it was. I have received a called from you guys who asked the 1st time for a slip and the 2nd call was requesting the serial number which both was provided and confirmed that it has been received. 1st call : 27-01-2022 15:32 2nd call : 27-01-2022 15:56 You and your sales guy on the floor mentioned that within 21days, if the issue is not resolved there will be a refund given. Should this not be resolved by Monday 14th Feb 2022 I will be at your store bright and early with your TV and I expect a full cash refund as I do not wish to do any future business with your establishment. As I am sitting without a working TV since 24th January yet I paid in cash to have a new working TV on the 02-01-22, only for less than 3 weeks later the TV is not functioning. In the second quarter of 2020 during the world pandemic, I have approached Donnovan from Think Fines to assist me with clearing or reducing my fines as well as my partners fines, He requested a picture VIA WhatsApp of my ID as well as my Wife’s ID which I sent to him, later that day he then sent me the fines with a cost of R3000 to have them reduced, I asked him about the process and also told him about past experiences and that I have lost money by guys scamming me of doing the same thing, he assured me that this will not happen and that he was a registered business. I gladly accepted and advised him that I want to meet him in person, which he agreed and that I am only willing to pay 50% and he will get his other 50% upon completion. I met Donnovan with his Wife / Father In law as well as small baby son at a Mac Donald which is close by in my area (He came to me), gave him his 50% and he then left assuring me that from that following week Monday 5 days my fines will be removed then he will start with my wife’s. Days , weeks and months went by, I have begged this guy for feedback noting, called him numerous time cuts my calls or ignores it eventually I gave up and left it as it is and took the loss. Last week Friday 04/06/2021 I receive a message from him stating that he is going to add all my wifes fines back and that I should check on Monday, we had a chat and there after he blocked me…. What great business man this is he needs a award for the best run business most effective and HONEST PERSON To deal with! I then logged on to a portal to view my fines and guess what they are all still there? I logged on to FB he Deleted me from his personal account, he blocked me on his Thinn Fines think Donny Page, you can run but u cannot hide! I then sent him a SMS and he then responds with I quote “ Remember Something I’ve you address and your ID copy and wifes ID, you will hear from me soon” As I have read many other posts where u threaten people to take legal action against them, please follow that procedure with me. All I want is my money back, and also to warn others out there NEVER to deal with a SCAMMER like Think Fines Think Donny PTY LTD – during these though times you suppose to treat your clients fairly, I hope that all your customers reads this review before conducting any business with you. Hi All, PLEASE BE WARNED NOT TO TRUST THIS GUY BY SENDING HIM YOUR ID, AS HE WILL USE THIS AGAINS YOU! I am writing this review just to warn people to no deal with Donnovan from Think fines think Donnavan, during the lock down 2020 I have contacted him in order to have my fines discounted. the man assured me within 5 days I will have an answer, noting I called time after time no answer, sent WhatsApp after WhatsApp no reply’s only reply i would get after some time there is noting that he can do due to the current circumstances. I left it as that and moved on with my life. he then sends me a WhatsApp stating that he will be adding all my wife’s fines back as i have only paid him 50%, when I login to check my fines i still have fines, so Donnovan what work have you done, when i start presenting facts to you, you block me on WhatsApp , i sent you a SMS u threaten me and say that you have my wife’s ID and My ID and address and that I will hear from you????? is that the way you conduct a successful business.... from the reviews that I have read here this is a norm for you take people’s money and never complete the job! i WANT MY MONEY AND A REFUND. if u thinking of seeking legal advice please do so, because i have done the same just waiting on the advice on what case to open for the Threats I have received and you will hear from me soon! I have purchased a phone from the e bucks store. phone broke, I returned the item a week later got a msg to say that the diagnosis was done.... 3 days waiting and e bucks store has not made contact with me ORDER : 21921224 - Person dealer with the query Emelda.Fortuin@ebucks.com , Her supervisor Lindiwe, manger of the dept. nor there consultants can assist me.... hope this msg gets to they CEO and I would like for him to call me! @Vodacom , I applied for a black Friday deal with you guys- Received the confirmation e mail , Billing SMS as well as a request to port my number SMS . BUT when i call your call center they dont know noting about this and cannot find my details anywhere on your system , what surprises me the most is that the consultant that i spoke to on the 03/12/2019 he advised me that even PRIOR TO BLACK FRIDAY THE P20 PRO IS A OLD PHONE AND VODAOCM DID NOT HAVE STOCK OF IT , YET THIS WAS ADVERTISED! I want answers to this ASAP
