Rain is a ****! They promise this wonderful service but when it's time to deliver...dololo!! I constantly lodge complaints but they NEVER ADDRESS the problems. My area is suppose to have 5g connectivity, I don't get it. Instead I am expected to restart the modem, put it near the window but it never works. I raised a query regarding my monthly fee that was wrong, till TODAY after escalating my complaint i have not received any feedback. So I don't recommend anyone to make use of Rain.
This company mislead me in taking a streaming device & when it arrived it was a DSTV box. I coudn't return it in the timeframe as I travelled abroad. I cancelled the debit order & i indicated I already have dstv. On 16 October 2025 one of their agents called me. I explained the whole **** story & it was finally cancelled. Now my account has been handed to a lawyer. So people STAY AWAY FROM ONAIR!!!

I don't know how people sleep at night knowing they are ****ming people without shame. I almost fell in this trap with this **** company. I can verify that Karsten Boerdery exists but is not based in Upington. They do not trade with livestock. These ****mers are tarnishing a reputable business' name...Their logo is different from the real company, the address is a building in Upington's industrial area. Furthermore if you do verifications on CIPC based on the names they use on their websites, it doesn't exist. So please these are ****mers....it's a lot of admin but do your due diligence on all companies before paying them
Stay away from the company Private Investigations SA (Pty) Ltd!!! Biggest scammers of all time Used them to conduct an investigation & paid the quoted amount They promised to produce my report within 2 weeks To date, I have received nothing. All telephone numbers forever on voicemail. When you do get hold of them then empty promises are being made. So please stay away! They are on the website Bark.com so clearly they don’t do proper verification of the service providers they recommend to people
We enrolled at the University of Pretoria for the National Diploma: PFMA in 2013 and graduated in December 2014. During the course of the Study Programme, we have been informed that we will receive two certificates (one from the University and one from LG SETA). However, at the graduation ceremony, we only received the certificate from LG SETA.<br> After numerous consultation and communication with the coordinators of the Programme, we still have no outcome on the matter.<br> <br> Currently we are experiencing difficulty registering for other qualification programmes as these institutions as they question the qualification through the institution LG SETA. They also want proof that we indeed completed the qualification through University of Pretoria but we do not get responses from the University in this regard.<br> I feel misled by the University of Pretoria and sad that they do not see the urgency to resolve the matter.
We bought clothing at the Jet store on 22 December 2015 and during payment, it happened that the card declined. After a struggle to make payment via my debit card, I paid cash. My cellphone notification came from my bank that the amount was deducted from my bank account. I returned to the shop and indicated the money was deducted from my bank account and I want my funds refunded. I submitted a bank statement to this effect. On Monday, 11 January 2016, I again visited the store to track progress on the refund my money. The matter could not be resolved. The manager of the store was suppose to contact me, but never did. With my visit to the store on Monday, the manager also didn't show any interest to meet and discuss the matter with me.<br> <br> On the same day, the store was immensely busy with ques piling up. Customers went to the top floor for assistance but was met with only two cashiers. An announcement was made requesting cashiers to come and assist, but none came. It is sad that customers get the treatment they do whilst there are 11 till-points but only two are in a working condition.<br> <br> I am very unhappy about the service I received and the way my problem is being handled.
