Excellent and selfless service from Michelle Botha. She is a true example of personalised customer service. Went out of her way to ensure all has gone smooth, five times in a row that I have been dealing with her when taking my car for service. Keep up the good work
The front seats of my Mercedes Benz AMG Line are tearing, at the exact same spot, in the exact same way without anyone doing anything to them. This shows a really poor quality of the material and or workmanship on this units. I am rather dissappointed by your silent response that you will not be covering this units when it clearly shows that this is a manufacturing fault. I am certain I am not the first customer and will not be the last. I lodged a complaint in October with Mercedes South Africa, only to be ignored. A few weeks later I got a response that they will not be replacing my front seats. I am really disappointed with Mercedes Benz South Africa. The poor quality of these units is disturbing.

I called your call center end of last month to request a cancellation of contract but I was instead updgraded to some prepaid and handed a device. On my account prior to cancellation I had set a call limit of R 300. To my surprise that I know owe you R3000 FOR DATA THAT I HAD PURCHASED. IT IS RATHER RIDICULOUS TO HAVE DATA DISAPPEARING FROM A DEVICE IN LESS THAN A DAY FOR A START. I am rather appalled.
