Worst network service provider ever.
I did a sim swap after I lost my phone. I did the Sim swap on Monday and on Wednesday it is not working and they keep on telling me they will escalate it. Please stay away from Telkom if you run a business.

Red Alert Refund delay.
We cancelled our alarm services in February 2014. They have debiting our account since then although we had canceled all of our services. We are struggling to get our refund of plus R38k. They keep on telling us that they sent to management but its not coming forth

I was sold a truck that was well known that its clutch will give in- Daylight *******.
I bought a truck from them and i was told it has waranty and the salesman guarantee dthat everything is fine with the truck. A week later i was told by the driver that there is a problem with the gearbox or the clutch. We took it in to them a week afetr purchase. They kept the truck for close to a week and they told me they adjusted the truck. 3****m after the truck stopped and it was towed to East London. The mechanic came to the site and said the clutch seems to be fine. In the workshop they noticed that the clutch is warn out. Im sure we have broke the world record of messing the truck in 3****m and mind you the deal is 6 months. I am told i mustpay 36k to get myu truck and its very evident that i was sold a truck with a clutch that was about to go hence the sig was there a week after purchase. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from eyers because all they care about is money and not satisfaction of returning clients.

I bought a phone less than 24 hours ago and it had a fault and im told i have to wait
I bought a phone iphone 7 32gb at Vodacom Berea East London. When i got home i noticed that the phone had a fault and i brought it in this morning to be told i will have to wait for 7 days and they wont be giving me any money back for me to go buy the phone somewhere.

The property I purchased was falsely described
I recently purchased a property that I was made to believe was 1996 m2 in actual fact 2 months down the line the professional town planners I engaged notified men the property was 477m2 less than what my agent told me.<br> <br> This is daylight robbery because this is +R250k that I paid for that is actually not mine.

Bill is always late
We always pay penalties because we receive the bill via email a day after the cut off date.<br> This is robbery because we get billed penalties every month for something that is not our fault.

Leaving a car at the carwash and they lose keys
I left my car at a car wash that I normally use but was told that my keys are lost and there is no one who knows it. I have a trip to take and take care of meetings and business.<br> <br> Management seems not to be able to take care of my needs of hiring a car for me to take care of business and tow the car back to the car rental company.<br> <br> This is the worst experience and I have business to take care of and I get paid for attending meetings and delivering on my deliverables.
