I am absolutely FED up with this company and it’s only been 2 weeks! It took a whole 7 days to activate my router. The WiFi worked for 1 day, and stopped. I’ve been calling and WhatsApping and have been getting no solution to my issue. All they say is reboot! And it’s still not working!!! And this is a very costly exercise and no one is helping!

I purchased a Hyundai Atos at the Hyundai Cedar. Since i bought the car in November, i have informed the sales guy (Therance) that the car was leaking when it rains. I have sent several attempts to get him to book in the car with no response. He asked at first which dates would be good for me and he will get back to me, it is not a month later and i have not received a booking or phone call from him. I followed up twice to ask for confirmation and did not receive a response. I then wrote to Head office about this matter, only to called and made to seem as if this is all my problem. They did not know what the whole story was, when i told them to go and ask Therance, i was met with responses such as: Therance doesnt work here, he works in Fourways. I proceeded to ask them to call the Fourways office and sort this matter out with Therance, my car is now smelling moist because of these leaks, as the customer i should not be having this kind of service especially from a division that calls themselves "Customer Care". I just want this matter resolved and for Hyundai to take responsibility for this fault and fix it or we part ways. How does Take A lot.com tarnish their brand like this by working with Mobicred?! They are the most useless service provider i have ever encountered... None of them actually know what their are doing, they are not helpful at all. It take many years t reset a password. I am so put off that i do not even want to purchase the product anymore. Be careful who you associate yourself with. Deuces!
I tried calling Viva gym, all their phone lines go to voicemail, and i have sent two messages asking to be called and have not received a response. They are happy to take your money but they don't have a call centre and you cant contact the gym! HOW!
I got a quote from budget insurance last week, i signed up with them, and then got a better quote from my current insurance. I then asked the value added services department to cancel, i have called them twice and there has been no cancellation confirmation provided until now. This is very unprofessional and disappointing
I purchased a KIC fridge in January 2017, a few months later that fridge stopped being cold. I reported this to KIC, they sent a few mechanics who could not resolve the problem. I then was adviced to return the fridge to Game stores and get a new one. I proceeded to do so, which was another painful process. A year later, the fridge has once again stopped being cold. I am really not sure where to go now or what to do as I do not want to go through the same painful process as before. This is very disappointing as this is a well known brand, and I am having throw out food because of the temperature in the fridge I hope i will be able to get assistance with this issue Kind regards Thando Mzimela

Good day<br> I was stopped at Fourways Mall by a representative of the SOS Childrens Village asking for assistance to sponsor a child, i obliged and gave my details. This village taking donations to support a child, they promise that their call centre is there to help, but their call centre number doesnt work nor do they reply to emails. I have not been debitted yet, but at this rate i do not want to be involved with this establishment
