TFG Media has been inundating me with marketing calls despite being told several times that 'I am not interested '. Do the agents not understand a simple request? It's overwhelming and unbearably stressful to be hounded in this manner let alone not adhering to POPIA. It's ridiculous.
I raised a query with Avon and was informed that I need to contact the courier company. Avon uses Skynet to deliver orders and I had indicated delivery times to Skynet but they attempt to deliver outside of the delivery times. The issue at hand is that I require my Avon order and surely Avon should escalate or make the enquiry phone call to assist yet doing so is a problem for Avon. This is quite frustrating. Avon is quick on the dial sending a day late payment reminder but they won't get involved to assist with delivery issues.
The service offered is dismal. I have been awaiting a delivery since Monday and until today, 5 Nov, no delivery has been received.What would be the point of indicating a time to deliver when the courier company will not abide by the time given and then take the parcel back to the depot...It may happen once but not repeatedly. The service is unacceptable.
I have been phoning Edgars Pavilion and no response at all. No one answers the call. I wanted to enquire about the ZTE Icon Nubia A75 cellphone that I am interested in purchasing. Yet, they are so efficient in phoning to remind you of an installment due. It's quite shocking. The service is pathetic.
Hi. I placed an order and received items on 29 August 2025. However, the items were short delivered and there was no indication on the picking slip of the whereabouts of the remaining items ordered. I sent an enquiry email with evidence of my order items, picking slip etc and I have not received any response ito where my items are. This is ongoing for 6 days including today. They're quick to send out correspondence when payment is a day due but when it comes to support, it certainly falls way short. The service is quite disappointing.
I had made payment and requested for academic record in november 2024, my email was given the runaround to various individuals. To date, I am still awaiting my academic record. The service has degraded deplorably.
My Avon order is still being awaited. The tracking waybill states delivered but no order was delivered. It was supposed to come through for delivery today and still no phonecall. This is so frustrating.

I have been dealing with the reinstatement of my policy for months, along with ensuring the debit order goes off as agreed. After finally receiving confirmation, the debit didn’t go through. When I followed up, I was told my policy had lapsed due to non-payment. At this point, I feel Capital Legacy's handling of this matter is highly unprofessional, and it’s starting to feel like a ****. This constant back and forth has left me frustrated and exhausted, as if we, the customers, are not taken seriously. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and a clear explanation of why this keeps happening or else I would have to escalate this to the complaints regulator.
The surprising part is that, all effort will be given to get a client to sign up yet once signed up, the after service support is questionable. I have been going back and forth for a few months now just trying to obtain information about the education policy and now that I have questions, no response, no phone call from the company. Why should I phone in each time I require assistance? The service is pathetic.
