second review in a week, international payment was done into my account but the wrong currency was used on their side, so all i want to do is return it. In the online banking, theres an option to return, try that and it gives a message to call a number that doesnt work, so i call customer care and am told to send an email to a given email address, which i did on wednesday the 11th, no response. Send a follow up, no response, follow up, no respopnse. So make a hellopeter reveiew, get an email this morning, monday the 16th, saying they tried to call but i didnt answer, that was 7:53 am, what are most people doing that time on a monday? driving. I reply and ask what number did you call from, no response. I get a mail at 16:40, they tried calling but no answer, if i still need help please reply. So calling twice in a day when people are probably driving is your get our jail free card. I ask again, what number are you calling from so i know to answer, if im driving i dont answer my phone. I get a reply, the number in your email. REALLYY?? I repond with what number are you calling from , not to?? No response. ( and that was the social media moderator). So I call in again, speak to somoene, they say they will put me through to someone that can assist, i get put through and the auto voice recording states the office hours are 8 to 4:30, so the person spoke to first didnt even know this. This is absurd, utterly absurd. I am closing this account and going to a bank that wants to assist.
i received a forex payment that had to be returned as it was done incorrectly, so tried to return it in the online banking, as it says you can, it comes up with a message to call a number, which doesnt work. so called their contact centre, was told to send an email to a certain address, send a mail on the 11th, get an auto response that its assigned to ***** Maber, have sent three requestes for an update with no response. Making bankgin simpler better faster? not a chance.
I cancelled their service last year, I have been waiting for them to collect their stupid ups since then, yet i get harassed by them almost daily that my subsrciption is unpaid. No its not, you havent collected your ups or cancelled the subscription, which I did on your website as instructed. Everytime I respond to your emails I get a reposne that you are looking into it. Stop looking, its right there, its been cancelled, collect your *******. STOP HARASSING ME.
they were more than willing to re-apply my policy after it went unpaid one month and didnt even shift my outbonus
I'm not sure where to send this complaint so I'll post it here, one of your drivers in a small car this morning reg LZ36.. couldn't get the rest of it, skipped all the stop signs on the R55 and wierda road in centurion, drove straight across turning lanes, then decided the traffic was too much so made a u-turn across solid lines into oncoming traffic. These guys are supposed to be upholders of the law, even on the roads.
This is regarding their workshop, not the spares shop. I took my car in to them begining of 2025, they told me it would be done in 2 hours, i got it back the next day, turned into a whole story, even so, I decided to give them a chance again today, took the same car in, spoke to the manager who is really not eager to assist anyone, mumbles and looks like hes not happy that you there PAYING HIS F*&^%$ SALARY. Anyway, I went into the spares shop and bought some things, cam out and saw one of the mechanics driving my car out the gate, so I waited, he came back, drove it up onto the ramps, opened the bonnect and him and the other mechanic stood there talking s%^& about my car, making fun of it. So i went to the manager, told him to lower my car, I closed the bonnect and left. no apologies, nothing. My question to you, is the taxi you all use to get there faster than my Almera??? bunch of as$holes. Never again, you lost out on about R5k worth of work that would have paid your salary. I never ever had these problems when the black gent that managed the place was there, he was on the ball and always willing and happy and helpful.
again I share my frustration, the discovery 'banking app' is the most frustrating thing i have ever dealt with. A question to discovery, if im sitting in my car at night with no lights, how am i supposed to do a transaction if it only uses facial recognition??? I compained before about the app and was told its my phone, well I have a new phone, my daughter has a new phone, my son has a new phone, we all still have the same problems as before. Ive moved my transaction account to another bank, im still stuck with this useless credit card that I cannot use at certain places, companies dont do debicheck with discovery either so its pretty useless in all regards.

I want to start a petition to hand to Bonitas to drop marara pharmacy and go back to pharmacy direct. Marara are playing games with peoples lives and health, and Bonitas just dont care. We have to constantly wait for medication days, last month we waited 3 weeks for chronic MS medication, if you have been affected by marara, please contact me, the more people we can get to petition the better. m i c s p a r k s @ g m a i l . c o m . Writing on behalf of my daughter who wrote a review last week as well. Rain stuffed up the delivery, the order was placed 16 July, they eventually deliver the router last week thursday 24th July, she connects it and its not working. She calls Rain and they tell her they have now activated it it will take 24 hours, she calls back friday afternoon as its still not working, they tell her they are now activating it it will take 24 hours, she tells them they told her the day before that it will take 24 hours, so they ****. Saturday morning she calls again, they say they are now activating it. Still nothing. So she calls in saturday afternoon, she gets told by the rain support person TO STOP CALLIN THEM. Is that really how you treat customers trying to get your ******* working, when you dont call back as promised, you dont fix the problem as promised, you doing nothing? Is this what its come to? So Rain, as i told your support person, you are welcome to collect your router out on the street where i threw it.
