Game is the worst for sure ,l logged a complaint about my 50"JVC Smart TV in October 2025.and only more that a week ago (and remember we in February 2025 now )my tv was taken to be checked why it freezes the screen while watching either dstv movie of YouTube and even playing the dvd player its bad ,my tv was brought back with same problems but with a new problem,they broke the on and off button of the TV ,awu nkosiyam how?now they took it back again. This means I have to stay for 10 to 15 days without TV. I wonder what will they brake now the remote sensor maybe ?
I pay R549 per month for service that I cannot fully enjoy ,l cannot watch a movie on Netflix on my TV cause it's buffering every 2 minutes. My case was number was (85786880 ) and I had a argument with the guy as he was closing my case without any confirmation that the tower was fixed,lazy people are really costing us ,my internet is still not stable and my time is running out without using it who is going to refund the or extend the days of usage?
Spoke to a very rude agent Fisrt I request doe an update and he says I'm aware you last called for an update last week and I'm aware you were advised to call once a month so obviously nothing has changed from last week so please comply and call once a month ,first I was advised that the time given to the people I complained against was over and my thinking was they should then come back to them anytime which was a reason I'm calling back and 2. I asked to talk to the person handling my case and was adv they do not take calls ans I inquired what the name of that person is and was advised I'm pretty sure you are aware who it is ,I then became upset as to how this guy has been talking to me and he said he has been patient with how I've been talking really me while he was the sarcastic one throughout. I need someone to listen to that call and come back to me
<div>I took my car to these people in Jan was advised that wiring needed to be fixed and there is wires completely cut from the engine that they had to replace, Gave them a go ahead and was advised the injectors are not right took them back to a place that fixed them and they fixes them again and delivered the injectors to Bosch themselves, came back injectors still not right ,they advised that the injectors were not the same injectors that were in the car that's Bosch saying, here I went and logged an inquiry with Ombudsman against the company that fixed the injectors, now I go to Bosch as they tried calling me and they advised my bill is R12 000 for everything that has been done so far and I ask to see the work done and they saying the wiring is not done so they need to take it out and my question is how do you see if injectors are faulty if the wiring is not done and I called a number of times and asked is the wiring done now as they were waiting for the injectors and was advised it's all done they just waiting in the injectors and now it's a different story why?I then asked for a manager and she asked for us to give the information to someone to take UT to her office and we refused asking to speak to her directly, She came out shouting telling us she is the manager and she is the one asking for the Info,We said we would like to talk to her in her office and she said you not getting in my office I can give you the number and email for the ombudsman they are registered with them and they are a reputable business and we had a screaming match right there with her,she eventually got what we wanted her to know and she said she will investigate but I don't trust her .They had my car for 3 months but the wiring is not done they did minimal wiring and **** about it ,all their calls are recorded I'm sure, how now do I be sure who swapped my injectors and if the wiring is not complete how we're they so sure it was the injectors that was the problem, wires going to the engen are crucial in my opinion but the saying different.</div>

The most unreliable and unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with ,my injectors have gone back to them for the 3rd time now and not sure when to expect them back cause they not answering their phones and they dodge any direct answer requiring questions by claiming a person is being rude , to think that my former ***** mechanic got me in this mess I would have never chose them at all.
I'm very disappointed at Bedzone for the lack of keeping promises, their trucks are written same day delivery but you wait for more than 48 hours, what happened to same day delivery or to the Thursday delivery that I was promised and today is towards the end of Friday no sign of them, and no call from manager as was advised they were going to call me yesterday? Really 2 promises not kept, should I even trust the quality that was spoken about? Or was it another lie?

These days technology made things easier and simpler but Sanlam seems to have been left in the stone age ways of doing things where, they probably still pile up files at someone's desk do for signature really, cause disinvestement takes 2 to 3 days and SARS 24 hours but with Sanlam it's 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE FINALISED. WHY SO LONG?
Medscheme is a joke really, I was told that my withdrawal documents will only be sent to Sanlam the 7th since that is the date my last contribution will be received by Sanlam, now I'm told they not sure if Sanlam received my last payment as the had a system problem, they waiting on Sanlam to confirm and they cannot excalate cause it's not only mine, really seriously. I called Sanlam and they waiting on Medscheme to send confirmation, now what the hell? What stone age system and process are they using ... Sounds like Government employees
