Liars and greedy bullies. No accountability whatsoever from the call center all the way to the office of the ceo. They owe me for service promised but not delivered. I requested a refund which they promised but never wad anyone available to account for. From 2013 that i reported bad coverage to a point of 0mb usage out of 10 gig that i was paying for without dispute. More promises of lies to selling another contract that never took off but owes an escalating balances. Contracts department is stinking cruel Billing department is a stalking ghost hyena Networks department is incompetent Office of the ceo should be ashamed Telkom stinks like a rotten dead dog
I am very angry at teLkoM's continual abuse . They are debiting my account every month for their service that they terminated around September 2017 for their rotten, ***gy and junk service. I first reported a problem of diminishing coverage signal in 2013. I went as far as reaching Lwando in the office of the CEO who acknowledged the problem and even promised that i will be refunded, she confirmed it not just once. Now she can't be reached, their customer care denies the reference numbers for this problem and their networks department also denies the reference numbers for this problem. I requested from them to pull data usage statics for dispute reasons while prepairing for a refund, they never did for almost a year now. OFFICE OF THE CEO, WHAT HAVE I DONE? Lwando please sort this mess, you were promiscuous and doing fair follow ups periodically but since you stopped, this is where i am now.

<p>After doing an online application, i was called by Bradley who told me of a promotion i was not aware ofwhich is an extra 2 gig pm data x 12 which comes for free. That application proces was declined for a lousy unclear reason. I reapplied then spoke to Neo Mutlwa who also promised me exactly the same thing.</p> <p>After activationon since 4 Dec, NO DATA DEAL to be seen. I've been taken from pillar to post running like brainless chipmunk until today. I've been requested to submit the so called mtn pin, ID number, banka address etc by email that's replied to by no name person but "mtn team"</p> <p>This clearly violates protection of personal information and perpetuates identity theft.</p> <p>I was told of activation that took place at the store that i didn't do as i activated a contract telephonically.</p> <p>I refused to give those details then i was obliged to submit contract documents plus id copy but still hasn't heard anything about a broken False promise.</p> <p> </p> <p>FALSE PROMISE</p>
<p>I subscribed for a Go Big internet deal in 2011. It was not good but acceptable back then until 2013 when i first reported a diminishing signal issue. They kept me running from pillar to post until 4 Feb 2014 when they sent me an sms saying "Please note that networc coverage issuein 1-2 years when GC westonaria comes live'. I waited a year and nothing happened and a second year but still nothing. It's almost a full 3rd year with even worse problems. I cant connect for half an hour now, a technician has been sent twice 0n 10 Nov and 21 Dec for the same battle but still NO RESULTS.</p> <p>I can't connect, I can't be refunded, I can't cancel that useless contract furthermore, I can't get updates without fighting</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is a selfish money hungry monster and an arrogant bully.</p> <p>I want a refund since 4 feb 2014 when they promised lies. I'm paying every month for a useless thing.</p> <p>I want a refund for all unused data due to poor signal.</p>
<p>I've had numerous calls from standard bank whereby i reported that i wasn't getting alerts on account acticities but until today after almost a month and half, there has been NO fulfilment of that simple request to notify me via sms on transactions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very frustrating to have a bank that claims to be leading but failing to provide such a simple request of something that's "FREE".</p> <p> </p> <p>Frustrating.</p>
On the 17th i got a call from bluebean promoting a Platinum card.We did a telephonic application and i t was approved but i had to send a bank statement to finalize a process. i was given a wrong email address.<br> I've called repeatedly to obtain a correct email address but even today they gave me a wrong email.<br> <br> Let them forget if they play hide and seek.
I can't understand the reason why train operators allowed a train from Vereeniging to leave ahead of an express train at Midway station.<br> These two trains converged at a same time in Midway but they let a normal train from Vereeniging that stops on all stations leave ahead of an express train from Oberholzer. Logically an express train will skip 3 stations and stop at New Canada and also skip 2 then stop at Langlaagte then have 1 last skip totaling 6 skipped stations. It was forced to have several stops behind a normal station to station train that was ahead of it.<br> An express train that's supposed to be at Park station at 06H10 the earliest / 06H15 normally, ended up reaching Jhb at 06:35 meaning me being 15 minutes late at work. I had to run like a wild dog to get a taxi at Bree rank , it took me 4 minutes to get into a cab from a train, leaving my lungs burning and having whooping cough.<br> Can you apologize to someone who is getting a bad record at work which isn't their fault?<br> Even further, A first warning letter after 7 and half years of a clean record.<br> <br>
I am very concerned with a persistent health hazard that everyday train commuters have to go through.<br> Prasa is becoming more and more negligent, it seems that leas is being done to eliminate smoking in public, not mentioning to be suffocated by a cloud of smoke by a few selfish individuals inside a moving train. This isn't excluding marijuana that is puffed simultaneously not on an empty couch but on a densely crowded train.<br> We contaminate sicknesses but nothing is being done about it.<br> Today I boarded a train from Westonaria at 05H05. As soon as a train reached Zuurbekom, there was a cigarette and dagga that was puffed and shared by 4 individuals in a front couch. From Midway, 6 cigarettes were puffed simultaneously in just 1 couch and it happens on a daily basis by people from Zuurbekom to Kliptown. A similar pattern was noted yesterday until after Kliptown.<br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!<br> I'm not just crazy because it is now accepted as normal by innocent helpless commuters like me.<br> <br> PLEASE ELIMINATE THIS BEHAVIOR.<br> Please organize uniformed personnel to board a train, identify and arrest culprits then update us when you've done something to eliminate this.<br> <br> Anticipating speedy reaction.
Capitec is in a persistent habit of gobbling people's money without remorse.<br> Yes i mean it, i've had it from them thrice. Twice, when i was settling a loan almost halfway a term, instead of getting a settlement balance, they can't be clear with figures.
