with my mother's estate we have been trying to get the trailer ownership changed from her name to the heir(my brother) for more than a year now. the issue is that he did not find the original registration certificate among my mother's documents and the requirement from the licensing department is that he needs a document that gives the authority from the executor to him for obtaining a duplicate registration document for the transfer thereof. there has been several people involved Azraa Mitha, Noxolo Mnisi, Ryan Thomas, Stefan du Preez (latest contact) who said he was going to the CT department on Monday 3 March but no reply since. I have also asked more than once for a confirmation if the refund has been released and paid into my brother's bank account as he has not seen any payment on his Nedbank statements yet. The receptionist in the George office has been extremely helpful and is trying to keep us informed. she requested feedback from Stefan again on 20 March but yet NO replies. This is absolutely mind blowing that this type of thing takes so long. I am def considering cancelling both our policies with capital legacy if the service is so bad. obviously we are not expecting answers/replies within a couple of days but at least within a week!
Just to thank the team at Capital Legacy for the super efficient client service with keeping in touch and up to date of all steps in the process of handling finalization of my will. Also a special thank you to Frans Blignaut at the George Western Cape branch for his friendly, organized, knowledgeable and efficient client service. Today in South Africa that is truly a rare find. Decided to look for a new hair salon early May and found Rejuven8 on the internet. After reading some of the published reviews, thought to try it out. What a fantastic experience! Liana the owner/stylist was so friendly, well prepared and gave good constructive advice. There was no such thing as "waiting even though you have an appointment" which I experienced at other places, no crowded spaces and very friendly assistants. I had highlights done which I am extremely happy with. A few days later I had a color rainbow added to my fringe on one side and although a bit nervous it came out stunning. Liana is a color specialist of note. Thank you Liana, will definitely recommend you to all.
"kaptein" was asked to quote on fixing a small house which was damaged aro a fire for my family. the quote was very high level and not all items specified. he also required cash payments or eft payments to be cleared immediately for supplying materials which were not specified on the original quote and was not prepared to supply receipts/invoices. when questioned about the quote vz actuals he got upset and did not want to discuss it. then he disappeared without finishing what was promised and did not answer any calls. After I intervened and got hold of him and discussed the issues, he promised to go and finish what he was already paid for but never did. We would definitely not recommend his services.
We booked at Jaya's place for 2 nights stay in April 2020 but as result of lock down imposed, we had to cancel our booking. They immediately refunded us without any questions or delays. Great customer service! Will definitely book again to experience their hospitality!
We booked our accommodation for a road trip holiday via Agoda for April 2020 and the booking as well as payments went perfectly smooth. As result of lockdown we then moved our bookings to November 2020 which were also done with no problem, but the website reflected the April bookings as cancelled but not the new November bookings (unless I did not look in the correct place). Beginning of June our circumstances changed and we requested cancellation of the bookings. Agoda then refunded the one booking in full. Great service! Will definitely book via Agoda again!
I have been trying to get my contract cancelled for months already. Still not succeeded. My requests has been on email and they take up to 14 days to respond just to say it has been sent/escalated to the retentions/cancellations department who will contact you of which last reply from them was 22nd June 2020. No one has called yet!!! they do mention that you can phone 135 from your phone but I work full day and am not able to use my phone during the day.

On Monday 18/01/2016 I booked an appointment for someone to come and repair my aircon the lady(not sure if she is the receptionist) told me they could come at 14:00 on Thursday 21st after which I asked if possible for 13:00 and she said that they would let me know if they will come earlier. I then organised to take time off from work and was home from 13:30. At +-13:45 I phoned the company again and had no reply. Phoned again at +-14:30 and the phone rang quite long before the same lady as before answered and she said she will find out if they are still coming. She then phoned back and said that they are just finishing a job in cape town and gave me the number of KUDA. At +-15:30 I phoned KUDA (the reception was very bad - sounded like in a car) and he assured me he will be at my place in a half hour. At +-17:15 I phoned KUDA again and he confirmed that he is still coming and I need to SMS my address to him again. Long and behold I am still waiting for someone to arrive!!! This has cost me money a.r.o. time off at work and frustration for not admitting they will not be able to make it ! Highly disappointed in the service!!! <br>
We just bought a property and had the most unbelievable, professional and friendly service from Grace. We were kept informed of the progress regularly via e-mails and accompanied by all well explained required documentation. Even after questioning levy costs (as it is the first time for us) it was explained with such a friendly attitude. I would make use of this company anytime in the future and would recommend them to all. Thank you for the great service!
