Spoke to Darin, who assisted me with obtaining a confirmation of cover. He knew exactly what I needed, he was professional and listened to my request. He was very clear when speaking as I have experienced calls with other institutions where consultants come across as very annoyed and show no interest in the work they provide. I must say Darin is awesome and attended to my request in 4 minutes.
Delt with a very wonderful lady today who assisted me and explained to me everything i needed to know , she also assisted me with my app and explained various parts of my agreement. The lady had the most patience on the call. Appreciate the great client service,
Company: TARPS for Africa On the 29th October 2024, I reached out to TARPS for Africa to assist me with a quote for a pool cover. A gentleman Mark Reed ***ner of Company) contacted me and come out to complete the assessment/measurements. I was then provided the quote on the 5 November 2024, valid for 30 days. I then enquired on the timeline for the pool cover to be completed, I was told 10 days after the 70% deposit has been made. Happy with the information received, I was then provided a term of conditions which clearly states the timeline of 10 days (assuming it is 10 working days) no problem, the terms also mentions that the goods remain the property of TARPS for Africa until paid for. I then accepted the quote and proceeded to pay 70% deposit, I then followed up again on the 21 November (45 days later) on the progress as the cover was not urgently needed at the time. I was then given a scheduled installation date for the week of the 25 November 2024. The week arrived I was told that TARPS for Africa is waiting on the mounting brackets (considering that my pool requires specific bracket due to the shape) the bracket was not delivered to TARPS for Africa and I will be informed when the brackets arrive. I then followed up again on the 9 December 2024 as I have not received any feedback yet, I was then told that the brackets are done and awaiting delivery. The cover will be installed in the same week. The week of the 17 December 2024 arrived, still no feedback, and still no installation from TARPS for Africa, I then messaged Mark with the following message: Good Day Mark Hope you had a good long weekend. Please can you assist with installation of the pool cover. Full payment has been settled for the invoice. It was mentioned that the cover takes 10 days following the 70% deposit which was made on the 21 November and the full balance paid on the 29 November 2024. With December being a short month with companies closing I would appreciate if I could receive a confirmed date to when the cover will be installed. My concern is the safety of my child and other children. Regards Mark then calls me saying that he is now out of poles for the cover, and if we can schedule for the week of the 6th January 2025. Mark sent me the following message after our call “Hi Shaheen, I am very sorry for the inconvenience and for the poor communication. We will install your pool cover in the week of the 6th of Jan” I then agreed as I don’t have an option now that its Mid December and companies are closing, so what do I do? I agree for the 6 January 2025. Cool. Happy New Year, January arrives, I follow up on the 9 January 2025, asking Mark to confirm set date for installation, as previous communication confirmed installation date for the week of 6 January 2025. Mark then responded asking if he can install on the Thursday 16 January 2025, and he then confirmed booking for this date. This morning, 15 January I make a follow up as a reminder that we are scheduled for installation. Mark then calls me saying that he is sorry, he has not received the poles. He tells me that he will get back to me on Friday 17 January with feedback, and then we can install on Tuesday 21 January 2025. I asked Mark to pay my full money back, if he cannot have my installation done on Tuesday, 21 January 2025. I feel that people/companies should stop taking clients for a ride, especially when 70% deposit was paid on the 21 November 2024 and in my case I paid the outstanding balance on the 29 November 2024. Therefore, fully paid, “the terms also mention that the goods remain the property of TARPS for Africa until paid for”. In this case the pool cover is my property. I will be waiting for feedback on Friday 17 January 2024 from Mark. I will be taking this further with legal action should the cover not surface or my money refunded back to me.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Spoke to Louis from the King Price retention team. Following the sad news that I will be Parting from King Price , Louis has retained me as a client under the Red Button option. Had a call with theeee most awesome and friendly consultant at OUTsurance, Nomfundo Phungula. She was kind and assisted me with information on my policy (which I took out on Friday 14 Oct 2022.) bearing in mind that my current insurance counter offered with a lower rate which I was planning on staying with my current insurance. Nomfundo Convinced me and retained my policy with OUTsurance. Well done Nomfundo for the excellent service and looking forward to having a long relationship with other OUTsurance consultants which I am sure are just as awesome.

Good Day, I remember making the below compliment 2 years ago for Sherice Stone She tried retaining me as a client with King Price even though the sad reasons for me leaving is because I no longer owned a vehicle. Sherice went over and above and the extra mile to offer me alternate insurance products to retain me as client. I would definitely come back to King Price soon, without a doubt. So here I am back as a King Price client. Called into King Price and spoke to a gentleman Pieter Kruger who has provided the most awesome service from King Price. (WOW, King Price have awesome staff all round) I have received good service from King Price in the past however Pieter went over and above his normal commitment to providing great client service. After making a call and being transferred to Peter, I was cut off due to bad line, (this is something that drains and can pull the soul out of every human being, is being cut off and no one even tries calling you back) however after 2 minutes my phone rang and it was Peter returning my call, how amazing He made sure that the call was clear and then proceeded with my request. Peter updated my policy and provided me with the confirmation that my premium has changed slightly due to the correct m&m code entered which amended the value of my car on my policy schedule. He then made sure while I was on the call with him that I receive an updated schedule as well as the confirmation of insurance cover emailed to me so I may collect my vehicle. I would definitely remain at King Price, without a doubt. His willingness to assist me is motivation to carry on the World Class Service Way. I would recommend Pieter Kruger for any acknowledgment and employee recognition in any way possible because Pieter Kruger is the face of King Price great customer service. A King in the palace. Good Day On the 26 AugUst I utilised the service from Riverlea and paid the driver R160-R165 however the amount was also deducted from my account for an amount of R134.00 I tried calling the driver via the app however his phone kept going to voicemail. Made an enquiry the following day via the app and received a response where I was told that I bolt was going to get back to me after confirming with the driver. I have not received any update on my query. On the Jul 29, at 20:09 Bolt emailed me saying that they have had a look and they still haven't heard back from the driver yet. As soon as they hear back from the driver then they will be able to correct that for me. It's now the 3rd August and still no feedback. I wonder how long it takes to get hold of the driver. Does Bolt not have contact with their drivers or even know what their drivers are going. Please can I get my refund.
