I'm on Rsaweb on a frogfoot line. Been down since morning. I understand it may not RSAWEBs problem, they logged call and never gave update nor furthet feedback. It took one submission to Frogfoot and few minutes to ensure me that ticket is with team and they assured me swift action. Sometimes all we need surity that help is coming and that's what Brother Mogamad From frogfoot did best.
Divan, Sindie & Nomsa were supper great on this deal. They took us through the whole process of choosing the best vehicle, finance options and tons of extras. 😂 They facilitated deliver as iif I was the next President.
*****sters continue using my personal details to source loans from Absa even after having informed Absa to flag my details. This is not acceptable from a so called reputable financial institution. I in the past informed them that whenever an application for loan by me they need to immediately contact police. Yet Absa keeps accessing my credit information denting my score in the process. Im now subjected to stand in long bank lines I for bank confirmation I need to take to police. The last *****ulent loan application was successfully stopped by them (ABSA) Why allowed another? This day and age visiting bank branches is a choice.
Good stories are worth sharing, especially during uncertain times in our beloved South Africa. I contacted Santam regarding my policy. One of the agents I dealt with on Friday strived so hard to resolve the issue I had contacted them for. When I got home later that day, I began to reason with the resolution and decided to contact Santam again today, and was so impressed with the final resolution to the issue I had. I want to acknowledge that Lilitha Mtendeni clearly understood that most organisations, including Santam, have multiple decision-making layers to ensure customer satisfaction. She took the initiative to escalate my issue through the appropriate channels, which resulted in an agreement that truly left me smiling, both personally and financially. I was not afraid to express my concerns, ensuring that a proper resolution could be reached. Thank you, Santam—you are outstanding!
Went to fuel my car at Total Canon hill Kariega this morning as usual every 2-3rth day. Requested attendant to fuel us up for R300. When he was done i requested to pay using AMEX card i always used at the filling station. He told me that its not allowed, i asked why and since when? as i always used it there. He said i should ask the lady inside. I went and asked her and she told me that the its use has police involved and that only fleet vehicles are allowed to used the NEDBANK machine accepting AMEX. She said i should ask the supervisor for more information, the supervisor sent me to manager Mr. Du Preez who was soo arrogant and senseless. I told them that i needed to pay and he cited charges they incur hence only being used for fleet vehicles. I said to him i dont enter anywhere since i always used the card there. I requested to go to work and that they can come get R300 where i worked or i brink cash later in day or tomorrow morning. he asked for my Drivers license which i gave and I also asked for his as i gave mine, yhoo yhoo he lost it and wanted to be brave citing that he will do no such and that they can impound my vehicle till i pay i said to him he will do no such to me and that he can try me. I asked for his name which he told me, I requested name tag (he did not have) or ID which he showed me. took down his name and surname. and i left. This to me is not acceptable at all not being able to pay yet they had a machine i could use there. The fact that he expected me to remember who served me so that he can deal with them as they were not allowed to used the NEDBANK machine was too out of line as blame would be put to attendants or even charge them. He is a bully that in my view is clueless of my rights at the filling station. For him to even suggest impounding my car... He has a small heart to even think he could do that to me. Called Total energies customer care on 0861429100 with a hope to resolving his bad attitude. The number is not answered since 8am the small boy's attitude can never be welcomed in our times, he could have come up with better possible solutions than suggesting to impound my car because of them not wanting to use AMEX.

Chrystal Hendricks of Santam is an asset to the organization. She did very well to listen to me and gave possible solution to resolve the matter i called for. Many listen to respond than listening for swift informed resolution to challenges. well done my sister
Fankly my rate of 1 star is a lie that i could not avoid. these people dont deserve a star at all. I recently moved from one ISP to another. I was today sent an sms stating that delivery would be by 17h00, so i waited home till about 14h00. i called their call center to advise them incase im not home they should drop at my next door neighbor's house. by now 20h10 they still have not sent even an sms with an excuse of NO SHOW. Imagine being stuck home for a parcel that would not arrive. It pains me that they are even still in business with a total of 1.12 review average. That even way less that the Low pass rate in our SA schools. Damn how bad can they be. I will in future deal with the sender of such a useless delivery company. The are worse that the An&C in delivery. oh yes their live chat is soooo weak and useless too. pity i cant send screenshots of such incompetency.
Called Santam today for some enquiry and was extremely assisted by Nobuhle Sigudu who took time to really listen so to strive to help by all means. Its easy to say she is paid to help however going an extra mile to resolve my enquiry is well welcomed and deserves my rating for the company to attract capable consultants. Super happy right now
Yesterday i got a great deal from Market place. I then today called the Courier Guy Knysna Bianca Nel answered and said "we would love to handle your package" I asked her to receive my package from the seller first so that i pay for goods that was really going to reach me. ***** is rife out there. The seller got there and was assisted with no delays. Payment was made the rest was history from Bianca sending me account numbers and email address for PoP. What i appreciate most is constant feedback from her assuring me my package would reach me as promised. she even send me a message confirming that it was dispatched. Well done to the Bianca Nel and the Courier Guy(s) team Knysna No. 10 Market street. as of now its a waiting game for my parcel to reach my door with me waiting eagerly for it. Kudos team - Courier Guy
