I had a query since the 07/02/2026 to date this has NOT been resolved. I keep on getting whatsapp messages and then nothing further happens. I called last week thursday and was told that someone will return my call to date NOTHING. I have made 4 phones calls on the 17/02/2026 and the same thing was said to me from 08:00am the morning and right up to the end of the day nobody bothered to call me back instead I get another whatsapp saying I must provide requested information when this was already done. this is absolutely pathetic service and i want this query resolved with immediate effect before i take this matter further
have terrible claims experience with this company.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! VEHICLE KEY BROKEN AND I AM GETTING TOLD TO SUPPLY REPORT WHICH COSTS R1200 WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. BROKER NOT STEPPING IN TO ASSIST TO RESOLVE CLAIM. I WILL BE LEAVING THIS INSURER AS IF I RECEIVE SUCH SERVICE FOR A SMALL CLAIM I DO NOT WANT TO STICK AROUND TO SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH A LARGER CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
POOR SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BROKERAGE, NO ASSISTANCE WITH CLAIM AND THIS IS MY FIRST CLAIM AND A SMALL CLAIM AS THAT. I FEAR TO SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I HAVE A BIGGER CLAIM AND FOR THIS REASON WILL BE SEEKING COVER ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the WORST administration company I have come across. They have had my withdrawal forms since the 04/09/2019 and my claim has still not been finalized. You can fool the average person with the BULL**** of a process that takes 6-8 weeks but I have processed pension/provident funds for Momentum and the process does not take that long. YOU PEOPLE CARRY ON AS IF IT IS YOUR MONEY THAT YOU WILL BE PAYING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND WANT MY CLAIM FINALIZED IMMEDIATELY
PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!! Almost everything done medically must be done privately by cash as they cover nothing but promise the world. I would not recommend them to anyone, QUICK TO TAKE PREMIUMS AND RECEIVE NOTHING IN RETURN. Don't even bother responding as we will be cancelling.
Two reimbursement forms were submitted to Essential Med, one on the 26/08/2015 and the other on the 03/09/2015 and to DATE no reimbursement has been done!!!! I never get any feedback or updates unless I call in myself to query what is happening. The last call I made I was told by Eswin that the one reimbursement is missing the invoice but he will call the Dr to get it and inform me as soon as it has been received which was NEVER done!!! I have been with Essential med for two years now and when premiums need to go off there is never a problem but now when it comes to the reimbursements I am given the run around. I am dissatisfied with the service received and demand that both my reimbursements be done as it is WAY PASSED 30 days now!!! I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service received
I took my old mutual funeral cover over the phone without filling out any paper work. When I called in to have a member off the policy taken off due to him been deceased I was told that I have to go into a branch with a copy of my id, proof of residence and a copy of my bank statement. I DO NOT see the reason for doing this as when I took the policy everything was done telephonically. I Would understand if I was claiming BUT all I am asking is that one member get removed and the premium amended. I am very disappointed in this and would like it to be attended to ASAP. <br> <br> Unhappy client!!!
