- Europcar TAX INVOICE - 32344731 [CSE: x84UH9, TKT: c1Defb] RA 554383630 Company has promised a credit note but it has not materialised .All that one gets from Europcar is computerised responses. They disrespect heir customers and only interested when you hire a car and offer no customer services. If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours ,I will teach them a lesson and will lodge a dispute with my bank and apply for the entire credit card transaction to be reversed .
What is going with Woolworths Customer Service??? I've emailed my complaint three(3) times to custserv@woolworths.co.za and it's been completely ignored ?? Doubt if Woolworths Management are aware their complaint service is being run into the ground
Collected my order at the Pavilion Mall store on 31 July 2025 as soon as my number was called yet the burger and chips were cold ! How on earth can one prepare a Burger and chips on a hot grill and yet the the temp are cold .Beyond Belief !. Complained on line and store manager called to apologise with no explanations. Offered me a new meal which he promised to prepare himself. I suggest he send me a voucher and I would use it at my convenience . Several weeks have passed and i even complained in the group facebook page and still no sign of the voucher. THAT WAS MY LAST MEAL AT PEDROS !!!!
Once cannot understand how Telkom makes a profit as there consultants are so “USELESS ‘ and unwilling to assist . Been trying to obtain a Smart Voice Phone from one of the Gateway Telkom stores for months . Each time I'm told the stock will be arriving in a few days and the consultant promises to message me when the stock arrives. BUT THEY NEVER DO ! Telkom be honest for once with us , will you ever be getting stock of those phones and secondly why when using the Telkom SiM in a cell phone ,why does the line fade in a few minutes ?
The well advertised drops did not work for me and tried to get back my money by way of the 90 day 100% money back guarantee however the Company is not responding. Unfortunately cannot trust anybody these days !!
How is it possible they are called Investor Services when they ignore email after email, what kind of service would you call that ???? A business like that should not be allowed to exist !!!!
Member 048476120 I've been a Discovery member for many years, use several of there other products and pay over R4000.00 a month on my medical premium and yet cannot the chronic department does not have the common courtesy to treat me like a human being and respond to an email, PATHETIC !!! If I don’t receive a response in writing to my queries within 24 hours, I will put my complaint on social media . David Leibowitz
Disappointing, still no response to last week's complaint .
Paying a fortune every month on my medical aid and yet Discovery have made a simple and easy process of getting an extended supply of chronic medication for an overseas trip VERY DIFFICULT! What a performance to get the approval and then have to wait until 2 days before my departure to go aback to the pharmacy to collect the additional supply . What conceivable harm would there be to Discovery if they made the extended supply available immediately to a loyal customer ??? But OH NO they are not preprepared to compromise an inch . ITS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL ! **** YOU DISCOVERY !!!
I am a Nedbank Client and tried to get change at my Durban North and was told by the manager that the staff were busy with the ATM and no one to help me for 30 min. Can you imagine ,manageress found my unwillingness not to wait unreasonable .Tried a few hours later at Nedbank La Lucia Mall but this time the tellers were not in the branch and a member of staff was trying to locate them own his phone to get them back ….I walked out disgusted . If somebody had related this story to me I would not have believed it. What on earth is going on at Nedbank ?????
