Travel Insurance is dargging their heels to sortout claim since Sept 17

Not interested in investigating fraudulent work visa and business visa
Nobody cares to investigate fraudulent work visa and business visa as the ex-pats enter into SA as tourist but earns a salary and do not pay any tax (PAYE, VAT, Company Tax, etc.), laundering of funds through South African reserves bank by misleading payments as supplier invoices.

Refuse to solve a query

Bad Attitude
I called and spoke a call centre representative and was told that her position is one of a clerk. She was absolutely rude and I was then transferred to Selma Buys who was not as helpful as she claims to be. She promised me written confirmation but an email which she sent was totally opposite to what she promised. I sent her an email which she totally ignored. I then called her again and she completely changes her stance. I need a senior member of the team to call me to resolve this issue immediately. Dr Amod ( ********** 3) ********** 041

Staff with Bad Attitude

Life Insurance

Inconsiderate for Cancellation
It is with utmost disappointment to note that after 4 years of faithful client of Netstar and due to the vehicle being written off they will want to charge a cancelation fee. Despite me explaining to them that I was away overseas when this happened and they have \don't care attitude"but when they sell their product big promises are made.
