I recently made a purchase for 2 water dispensers from Makro via a 3rd party seller. They worked great for over a month and then stopped working. Makro arranged a collection and within a few days I received the replacements. Excellent service.
I recently purchased a power station which functioned fine for the first month but then started to have issues. Even though the 30 days had passed, I submitted a return to Takealot and they were amazing in their response. The return was processed extremely fast and efficiently and a replacement item was ordered. A few days later the item was delivered. Takealot has hands down some of the best customer service in the country. I would gladly pay a little bit extra for any purchase just to get it from them.
I made a purchase online from Builders yesterday and I have to say what fast and efficient process it is. The item arrived today early in the morning. Their stock numbers on the site can sometimes have issues but their shipping and processing is amazingly fast. Thanks. Regards.

I recently made a purchase on Takealot for about R10K. About 2 days later, the same item went on special for around R8K. I sent them an email to cancel the order and within minutes it was done. I was pretty shocked at the quick response by Razinah.P. They assigned the credit to my account and I placed another order. Excellent service from Takealot.
I just moved this weekend and I have to say that DDFR are one of the most professional and helpful removal companies I've come across. They were on time, very fast and always respectful. Krish was also such a pleasant guy to deal with and did everything to assist with the move. Will always use these guys.
I recently purchased a hard drive from Loot and unfortunately they sent me the wrong model. However, after speaking to their returns department, I have to say that they handled the return and refund quite well and everything was sorted out quickly. They also responded to emails in a very timely manner. Great returns service guys.
I purchased a stove hob online from Makro (Cornubia) at a good price just 2 days ago. Today the item was delivered. I have to say how impressed I am with the speed of their online store. Delivery was very quick and they also operate on the weekends which is great. Another awesome feature was the ability to track the delivery online or on your phone. they also keep you informed every step of the way via SMS and Email. Recently needed to return a product to Raru and I just have to commend them on their excellent service. There were delays with the courier company but Raru made it so that I didnt have to wait too long for my replacement product. Thanks guys, really appreciate it. I was assisted by Jarid. I visited Absa La Lucia today during my lunch break to pickup some documents they told me were ready for collection. When I arrived, there were 2 customer service agents working. An indian and black lady, I didnt get their names. The indian lady was busy with a couple (man and lady) and the other agent was busy with another customer. I joined the queue and was first in line. After 10min, the man from the couple was done and went to sit down and his wife took his place. The indian agent told him to join the queue again as he had more to do. When the 2nd agent was done with their customer, I got up to go to her but she simply ignored me and repeatedly called the man (from the couple) who was behind me in line. She did not even acknowledge me. I had been waiting for 20min yet this couple was allowed to tie up the only 2 working agents at their leisure. Thank goodness one of the managers saw me waiting for a while and came to assist. She helped me within a few minutes. How can people be busy with one agent, then once done, leave that one and go tie up the 2nd agent while others are in the queue. I dont understand how absa la lucia can employ such rude and inconsiderate agents. These are client facing people yet they have absolutely no respect or common courtesy towards customers. Please can you ask this black customer service agent why she was so rude and unhelpful. I would like to know if absa la lucia trains agents to behave like this or they simply hire disrespectful and thoughtless people with no sense of decency or common sense. Thank you to the manager who assisted me, she is a credit to the branch but as a long time absa customer I would like to know why the other agent behaved the way she did.
