I mainly order my groceries from checkers since ir is convenient. For my past two orders I did not receive al my products. Every time it seems like one whole bag is not delivered. Crediting my account is appreciated but now I need to get into my car and go to the shop and physically buy it. This is not on. If this continues I will not order from Checkers again and rather support a business that does deliver all my products ordered and paid for.
I have such a difficult time with you now. I know it is a busy time but please assist me. I orderes gifys for on the 28th of November 2025. My order number is #297023. Since there is no way I can track the status of my order I contacted the business on which I discovered that I accidently entered the incorrect email address. This was entirely my mistake as it was a "r" entered instead of a "t". Now the employees keeps on refering me to another employee who sent me mock-ups which I never received since my email was incorrect and they sent me a screenshot of the email that bounced back. I do not understand how they could not see something is wrong, since I do get all the promotional emails on my correct number. Now my issue is I cannot reply to this person or contact him since I do not have an email to reply to. And it seems like this is not being understood well. I needed the gifts for our party on the 16th which now seems impossible due to the busy time and lack of communication. Can someone please assist me in this regard since I would really prefer to get my order. If this cannot be resolved I would kindly request that my order be cancelled and my money refunded so that I can buy other gifts. Kind regards.

I just enrolled my child at Impaq for next year. I had a hick-up with the linkage at for the tutor centre and contacted them via the Optimi bot. This lovely lady Reginah phoned me back and the application was done telephonically within 10 minutes. She was friendly, efficient, kind and so helpful. Thank you so much Reginah, you made my first encounter with Impaq wonderful and great.
Good morning, For some reason two debit orders went off my account this morning. Bothe are faulty since this account has been settled. Kindly reverse the debit orders and stop any future debit orders or alternatively provide me with details on how I can close my ban account and move to a more secure bank. Kind regards
Kindly explain to me how my personal loan is in arrears when on your loan statement I have made a payment each month. Get your facts in order before irritating me with your constant messages.
I am really losing my patience now. We purchased a bed of poor quality and returned it and agreed to credit. First of all when they collected it I was not issued with a copy of the collection that I signed off, so I took a picture of the document that I signed. After 21 emails I still have not received my credit voucher. Apparently they sent it in a separate email which I did not receive. I do not understand what the big issue is in sending it to me in a reply on the conversation I am busy with. The stupidity is killing me. Can someone please assist me with getting my credit back. This is now getting ridiculous.
We puchased an arctic bed frame less than a month ago. The one foot in the middle broke and I send through a request and photos as the consultant requested. This was on Monday. Since I have not heard anything back. The unit needs to be replaced asap thank you and communication needs to be improved.
Really ridiculous. Every day I struggle with internet connection. Every day they are very sorry and each day I have to spent hour of my working day with an agent who always has the same replies with no real effort to fix the problem except to reboot the rooter and do tests (which I really do doubt they are doing). This is a useless service provider, who just waste my time daily.
Useless, I log a ticket due to poor internet as I am in a meeting trying to have a conversation and this so called technician wants me to run some tests. So I have to do their work and mine. This connectivity issue is an issue every second day. Ridiculous to say the least. Please cancel my subscription
