<div>I ordered three aircon units with installation from AC Direct, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating. After receiving no service or updates, I followed up—only to be told that I needed to add two more installation items because I had three units. This brought the installation cost to R8,698.50, which is far above market average. To put it in perspective, I ended up paying just R3,300 for all three units when I sourced them from ++++. When I questioned the inflated installation cost, I was met with silence for another week. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order (the units hadn’t even been shipped), and it took yet another week for them to respond—offering only excuses for their poor service. Getting my refund took a ridiculous 59 days, despite multiple follow-ups from my side. To make matters worse, they deducted R350 for an ‘admin fee’, which only added insult to injury. If this is how they handle a basic order, I can only imagine how terrible their after-sales service must be. I deeply regret ever placing an order with them. Buyer beware!</div>
RCS Group closed my account in 2020 without my consent or without it being requested by me. I had R960.76 credit in my account. I have written a myriad of emails in an effort to get my money refunded or at least to get the account reopened with the credit restored. The RCS group acknowledged that I had R960.76 credit in my account and that I must send my banking details and ID copy for a refund. This was on the 2nd of June. I have sent 4 follow-up messages after I sent the requested docs to them. I have not heard anything back since or have I received my refund. Taking money from someone without their consent is the very definition of stealing.

Geberit Toilet advertised as R1399.99 on their website with a picture. In the picture the seat is clearly visible on the pan. It doesn't mention anywhere on the website that the seat is not included. When you get to there store, they charge you another R999 for the seat saying that the website only mentions the pan. Who buys a toilet pan only? Anyway. I specifically left CTM to buy the toilet at Tile Africa because of the saving. All the rest of the bathroom materials were better priced at CTM. Turns out the toilet was too. On their website they make it very clear what is included and what isn't, especially if the product photography indicates that it is included. Stay away from Tile Africa, rather go to CTM. Better variety, better pricing, better service + they don't try to trick consumers.
Useless. Useless. Useless. I cannot say this enough. Just do yourself a favour and stay far faaaaar away from Mweb. If you don't, you run the risk of developing a tumor in the weeks that you try to resolve simple problems with the "help" from their "support" team. You have been warned.
If you're planning to buy a Twisp, there are a couple of things you need to be aware of: 1. Log and record your visits to any Twisp Kiosk. If you don't, you risk finding yourself in the same situation as I am in: Out of warranty and no way to prove that I was at the Kiosk within my warranty period. (I called the Mall to see if I can get access to CCTV recordings, they keep footage for one month only). So record your visits, queries and conversations with Twisp employees to cover yourself. 2. There is no support after your 6 month warranty expired. I have asked if I can take my faulty device somewhere to get repaired, even if I have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Nope - If your device still gives problems after 6 months, they tell you to buy a new one. I would honestly and sincerely advise you to buy your vape somewhere else. Google "vape shop near you". Better prices, better products and MUCH better service. This was a very expensive lesson I had to learn the hard way.
I bought a Twisp Vega Mini. First I had atomizer problems. Sorted that out. Then, after three months (give or take) the battery stopped charging. I took it back to The Grove Mall Twisp Stand, the lady advised me that the battery will have to be replaced. They didn't have stock so she took my number and promised to call me as soon as the stock arrives. A month went by with no word from Twisp. I took the device back to the store. Again, same problem - no stock of the battery. After losing it a little bit, I decided to trust the consultant (different one this time) who promised to call me within a week. Yeah you guessed it - I never received the call. I was away with business for a while and tried to get this sorted out when I got back. My warranty has expired and they have NO RECORD of me visiting the shops. In fact, I am not on the system at all. They don't even have record of me buying the device. I described the two people who helped me - I know exactly what they look like so that in itself is proof that I was there. (how else would I know what they looked like). The lady at the stand confirmed that both of the people that I described did in fact work there, but they no longer work there so they can't help me. I didn't think to record my visits to have proof - who would do that? I have nothing but my word and the fact that I can describe the people who helped me. It counts for nothing though. Twisp refuses to help me. I then asked if there is any place that I can take the device to be repaired - even if I have to pay for it myself. Nope. No place that does repairs. So I'm basically stuck with a R2300 paper weight. I have NEVER experienced this level of dishonest, useless, pathetic service in my life. Do yourself a favour and avoid Twisp AT ALL COSTS. Go to a vape store - just google it. You will be thanking me later. I guarantee it. (Which b.t.w. counts way more than a Twisp guarantee)
I've booked a vehicle online yesterday foe pickup at 09h00. It's now 09h38 and no one has been able to help me. I see four people in front of me but no one even greeted me. I had to ask for some assistance after being ignored for 10 minutes. I can't believe the service I'm receiving. What's the point of selecting a time for pickup? Thanks for making me miss my meeting Avis.
I will never make use of your services due to your automated spam calls. In fact, I will make a point of it to tell everyone I know not to make use of your services.
